One of the most beautiful voices in the history of music and only a few people had the chance to listen him. 20 years ago Miljenko became my favorite singer. Unfortunately after the accident during the concert, I feel that he has lost something in his voice that made him unique, but still today, hearing his vocal melody (thats is still very strong and good), is a great joy for me. I'll love this perfect voice forever.

The singer tried to stare at the lighthouse, but, once he got off the tower weighing about 450 kilos, it fell on Matijevic from behind. The turret hit him violently on the back of the head, causing him to fall, hitting his face to the ground and causing him to break his nose, cheekbones, jaw and injuring his spine. Matijevic miraculously found the strength to stand up in front of 13,000 people and exit the stage, being immediately hospitalized with 28 stitches behind the head. After this tragic event, which caused serious problems to the frontman for some time, the band, unable to continue their career, broke up in 1992. It was only once he got home that the real suffering began for the frontman. For months the pain was so excruciating that minimal head movements were enough to cause exasperating pain. In addition, the accident also caused him to lose a good part of his memory. After two years Michael met a neurophysiologist who explained that he had undergone a "TBI", Traumatic Brain Injury. The rest is history. I'm 48, I'm a woman and nerd who never listened to this sort of music before. Not as a die hard fan. Damn, voice, persinality, overall presence. Miljenko is my favorite singer now. God bless the Philipino dude. My brother thinks ive lost it. No I just found a whole new world and best way to unwind after hard day at work doing Echos.
