Only one is not sufficient. They contain different nutrients. So, all are recommended with the frequency as suggested.

Jai Shree Mataji-Mere nibu ke plant me flooring nahi ho rahi hai.wo 5 years ka ho gaya hai.
Seed grown plants take 3 to 6 yrs for fruiting. Follow the guidelines given in the video.

Neem oil should be sprayed over plants only. It should not be mixed with soil. You can add neem cake powder to soil however.
