Can i supply it with 5.0 volts?
Even with 4vdc, you should add a resistor previous a led to avoid damages.

Yes, by controlling clock spead of timer ic , just place a 10 k variable resistance in series of 3.3 k resistance from pin no 7 to 6 😊

सर् इसमे ज्यादा से ज्यादा कितनी led लगा सकते है मुझे चकरी में लगाना है कम से कम 100 led चले
