Suchavsky Guk - a waterfall in the village of Shepit on the border with Romania, near the Pamir

  • Suchavsky Guk is a waterfall, also known as Shepitsky Guk 🏞️ The waterfall is located in the village of Shepit, Chernivtsi region. This is a geological and hydrological reserve of local importance, where the river Suchava "meets" the rocks.
    Suchavsky Guk is one of the most powerful in the region. Therefore, it is best to watch it in spring and autumn during the rainy season. However, even in winter Shepitsky waterfall attracts with its cascades, which fall from a height of 6 meters. The height of the natural wonder above sea level is 859 m.
    You can see the waterfall at the foot of the cliff or from above - from the suspension bridge over the river.
