That Inner Mongolian person is not joking. If you can really contact him when you go to Inner Mongolia, he will arrange everything, very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Just to clarify the situation: He was talking about a South African man, Qian Duoduo (钱多多), who is quite a celebrity in China. He appeared in a Chinese reality show called "Informal Talks" ("非正式会谈") where he mentioned that his complexion became darker after he came to China and that his skin was actually lighter when he was in South Africa, implying how hot it was in China.
The guy in the video did not mean to be insensitive.

Both Mongolia and Inner Mongolia used to be part of Chinese territory, but because the territory between them and Russia was too close for both sides to feel secure, Mongolia became independent from China with the help of external forces from other countries to form a buffer zone between China and Russia, which is roughly why.

No, I'll explain to you, it's like this: Hubei TV has a program "Informal Talks", which is to invite representatives from countries around the world to talk and chat. There is an African representative named "Qian Duo Duo" (Chinese name), he said he was tanned after coming to China. Because he was not so dark in his own country, after coming to China one day found his arms appeared color layering, that is, the part covered by the clothes light color, no dark color. He realized that he had actually been tanned in China. For this reason he went to the hospital to ask the doctor if this could be a disease. The doctor and nurse laughed and said no, you just get tanned. He was very aggrieved on the show, saying I was not so dark, all because China is too hot, and the sun is too bright.😂

Your interaction with some locals showed their truly behaviour towards foreigners. This was very different and opposite from what western medias propaganda told that China is Racist to the Black People. And almost in every African friends' YT Channel showed that Foreigners especially from Africa have good attitude, polite and respect to the locals. No doubt that they are very welcomed by Chinese People. Same as when Chinese visit African Country, thet are also very welcomed by the African people. They are respect each others. What made people have negative mindset about China or Africa was the Propaganda made by Western Medias. Thank again Bro by showing this remarkable interracial interactions and Friendship.

This is why africa does not like Indians and White people but like China a lot.

HK people speak Cantonese, and mandarin, Taiwanese speak Mandarin and fujian dialect, nothing is “Taiwan language “. Mongolia has been part of China since yuan dynasty, in Qing Dynasty the Russia invaded China and took part Mongolia of land , then after , this part Russia invaded got independent , the rest of parts still belong to China. After CPC took over China as a whole , inna Mongolia autonomous region set up by central government .

@@weizhang2834 Hi, I agree most of your comment. Meanwhile Mongolia (both outer and inner we called today) is more complicated. The whole Ming dynasty (overthrew Yuan) was not decisive enough and was not able to solidly control Mongolian territory, although in a long period they politically conquered and influenced the mainstream Mongolian. Afterwards, the Qing dynasty got the entire Mongolia back to China before the ROC let alone the outer Mongolia being an independent country.
