Girl as gorgeous as this hair looks! Their customer service is AWFUL! Im scared to spend my money anymore with them. Customer service acts like they cant take simple time to answer basic questions that they know their website does not share or tell like what you said about a more kinkier curl pattern recommendation. And they also always having issues with the payment processing but don't tell you until your money shows pending in your account. Second time trying to order with them and having a terrible experience. How has your experience with them been since this order?

I went in heavy on the define and diffuse of the hair so my curls are tight. You can def rock them looser. It also has layers so longer in back
