Absolutely love the outside architecture! Also love the hedged area near the swimming pool, the half bathroom downstairs and the half open walkway on the bedroom floor. Very exquisite. What i dont like is the narrow living room, the possibility of mosquitos in said half open walkway, and the fact that the hedge is lowest at the neighbours house and you basically can see them when you watch TV, let alone from the masters balcony

Nobody buys these type houses. They're museums and an absolute waste of space that can fit 5 affordable homes instead.

What an impractical home. Zero privacy. Oddly shaped outdoor space. Waterfront is nice, but WTH is that blue building directly across in 4:30? Looks like a low budget apartment complex.
Another house directly behind, separated by low hedges. First bathroom is seizure inducing. Only positives: the views from the master bedroom and top floor outdoor space.
Lucky if they get 10 million for this.

I do like these types of houses, but the lack of privacy is a huge no for me. For all the glass to be a good thing, you need to not have 10,000 neighbors looking in. And I certainly don't want all those ghetto condos looking at my pool. This would be a great house if it was on a different lot. But I guess all some people care about is having a dock.
