Not even, Tracer and Genji's are just too fast and have too much mobility... As you saw in the video, Mercy just flies away as he zooms towards her... He's definitely a combo character, get the combos right and you can wreck almost anything, waste your combo and you're a walking practice dummy. And unfortunately most people, including me, will end up in practice dummy mode more often than not.
Kulahog ___ It's not op (though it's buggy as fuck and constantly counts things as walls that clearly aren't), but it's annoying to play against. You can dodge his punch, and if you don't kill him in a few seconds, he's got it again and can potentially instant kill you. Having it on such a low cooldown leads to some frustrating fights. I find rocket punch to be similar, his punch should be on like a 6 second cool down instead of 4 I think.
People that want Doomfist nerf just can't stand dying let alone a ability that one hit heroes to death. Dying is apart of the game you should not be ashamed instead just pick another hero and counter him. In my opinion Doomfist for comp requires a lot of skills.

Doomfist is a support because there's a bug where you can heal your enemies with your ultimate if you hit them at the very edge which the damage values go into the negatives which heals.
I really think blizzard should have waited another week before letting him lose on competitive. I really don't think a week is long enough for people to really play him properly, especially at lower levels
Daniel Latch No, it's VERY clear from the lack of damage in his primary fire and the timing of his cool downs that the devs did not intend for him to just "jump in". Even his abilities themselves require patience (the leap thingy is slow and you have to charge up the doomfist)
slaminjamin otter In the dev update Jeff said they gave Doomfist his passive ability to promote players going in alone, but they gave us a hero we have to be patient with. In my opinion, that is lame.

Roadhog's way of getting the pick is cheap. He doesn't have to work a lot to get the reward. Doomfist's way of getting the pick is deserving. He doesn't have to work a lot to get the pick, but getting out can be a problem.
Phanz Music sombra is very good if you know how to play her. No one really knows how to play doomfist since he just came out recently, so it's best to stay away from him atm
Comet -- There are loads of videos on UA-cam about how to play him and his combos, but get the combos wrong and you're a sitting duck for several seconds.
I found him to be the perfect substitute for no-longer-avail Roadhog peel dd-s from my heals position. Previously i used one-shot combo on roadhog to send to respawn the squishy assassins who dared to focus on healer and pay no attention to me. After the patch they just escaped after being hooked and would kill healers anyway. BUT now! you dared to focus on mercy and pay no atention that im standing right beside her? boom - a fist to the head
Yeah, I agree. He is better on defense. When I played qp he was so good. I tried to hide from them, then killed one of the healers and retreated, or my team attacked and we killed them. On attack, I couldn't really do anything without teamwork. And also some heroes just destroyed me. Nice video!
To summarise: He is not a flanker, but a pouncer. Very team-reliant (I actually found winston to combo well with doomfist). Answer to most meta heroes. A hero that definitely suits me.
Geometry Dash Technoshark A good doomfist can be a better flanker then genji. It is all about managing cool downs and determining who needs to die first.
Doomfist "POWEEEER" Main here. Played around 50h in arcade with him until I was almost always winning/on top of the match. Then went into competitive exlusivelly soloQ and from Silver/Gold 2000 I climbed to Diamond for the first time, not even knowing strats or the game that well, with near 65% winrate with him just a few days ago (Hit 3004 last day of season) 1. What he's good for? Killing enemy Heroes, Pushing and splitting Tanks. Getting pick. Pseudo Tanking. 2. Unwinnable for you, maybe. Maining a hero already means you've devoted more time to him/her than the average on that rank, meaning, generally you are better than your rank when playing that hero. This means that low skill heroes or high skill cap heroes will find it difficult to counter you, unless at the very top of leaderboard. 3. Bastion is difficult to deal with only when in Siege form (and then you ult him and he's dead), you can safelly ignore him and get a pick on a healer or Mcree, who can literally do nothing vs a Doomfist coming 1km away from spawn. A good widow is a more straightforward counter if you aren't aware of her, if you are, you need to be careful and sneak/flank, so there goes a lot of your mobility. 4. True about flanks, wrong about defence. It's actually more difficult and skill intensive to pull off Doomfist in defence as you cannot afford to die even if taking 1 or 2 enemies with you. On attack, as long as you've traded with a valuable pick, or made Mercy use Ress and killed another one, your team can get enough picks so you can be successful on the next attack. That's of course, as soloQ. 5. Realized this video is from August, so prenerf and prebugifixes. So, if played well he's 95% reliable now, but needs skill, especially with his rocket punch! 6. Although once you deep in the enemy team you are vulnerable to enemy interrupts and dmg, if you got a dps kill you can usually safelly disengage or split the enemy so your team can follow up, especially if you have Zarya or literally any mobile tank on your team. 7. Doomfist Stuns and ministuns. Your E ministuns, your Shift ministuns, both displace. Your Rocket punch hard stuns and if they hit a wall it interrupts almost everything. You can interrupt a rein charge if rocket punching straight on but you also get knocked down, if you punch him sideways, you interrupt Reinhardt's charge. Need to verify but looks like Upercut can actually interrupt the charge too. Your punch interrupts D.va rockets, Roadhog's heal if he hits a wall (negating the dmg reduction), Zarya is NOT immune to the knockback effects of your abilities when bubbled, so do use if you need to throw her or a bubbled hero off the map. Orisa is a hard counter if played right, but if you bait her Unstoppable ability she's and easy win... stay away from ledges, though. Winston matchup is more similar to "Meet Doomfist" animation from Chimaru, where you can even solo him if he has his ult. Hopefully someone reads this and doesn't listen to all the mistaken, although old, thoughts about Doomfist.
Doomfist role on attack is to be an anti flanker. In the back with support and squishies. The only time he should be in the front line is when he's paired with Zarya, lucio or reaper.
Doomfist is really good for Reinhardt Players that want to do DPS. Doomfist needs one thing above all: Patience. As we have seen in the Animated short he does not rush in. He waits for oppertunity and then hits very VERY hard. He is definately not a character for hotheaded people, maybe for LAZY hotheaded people ;-) I hope they stick with the theme of providing archetype gameplay but with different roles so players can swap better.
Been picking up sombra more recently as she feel much more viable when doomfist is there to be countered. Also trying to get back into tracer since if you play her right you can evade all of doomfists abilities and take him out quite easy. Though if you do get caught of guard death is near certain.
I've just won a competitive match with a Doomfist in my team and he said that Doomfist can be decent in first point 2CP/Hybrid maps because he can easily get quality kills early in the engagement phase. I just wanted to know what you guys think about that.
I don't agree with the Junkrar one. I've been recking particulary Junkrats as Doomfist. They were not even able to pull off their mine or even their trap, since close combat always means you are moving around rapidly as Doomfist.
You need to get lucky to kill Tracer, she needs to be grouped or in a small room. Otherwise she just blinks through you and wrecks you from behind after you've used all of your cool downs.
The character himself isn't a throw pick, it's just the people who don't know how to play him and think picking him up for literally the first time in a masters comp game (my experiences) are putting their team at a disadvantage generally. Like I can see him being really powerful on defence and today I played with and against some good ones but those were the people who invested a little time to get to know him in quick play over the week. Kind of like how people thought Anna was shit until they realised how to play her and defined a new meta.
I was expecting to actually punch people with this hero and not rely on rocket boosting myself into them. I imagined having a melee attack at least as good as Reinhardt's, after all he has fist in his name. It would be cool if devs would move away from the oneshot right click and move some of the power towards melee centric combos since he was designed to stay close to the enemy.
It's official this will become a doomfist is a defense hero kinda like how people say Sombra is a healer. Doomfist has many play styles but we shouldn't just say "Oh he should stay at the back to deal with flankers." No he should be used like this or as a flanker which he could more then easily do.
Probably players just haven't yet learned how to use him, but yesterday I was less than impressed. Having played Mercy, he got me a few times out of nowhere in the beginning, but was far less dangerous than many other heroes, both to me and the team in general.
I've never been able to figure this out: What does VOD stand for? All I know is video on demand but that can't be right haha. Well at least not in this context.
Wait so like for Overwatch when people ask me to send them my VODs they want my "videos on demand" that seems, odd. I'd think it would have to do with "game play" or something.
Yeah the acronym is stupid for what it is, just means raw videos of people's gameplay, usually for the purpose of review by someone else so that they can get better.
DID THIS GUY JUST SAY WIDOW IS VERSATILE? Dealing with your counters as doomfist is at least 10 times easier than dealing with your counters as Widowmaker. I played widowmaker to grandmaster and it is probably one of the most helpless heroes to try and solo queue and climb with. I've mained junkrat, widowmaker, and sombra all to grandmaster seperately and widowmaker was easily the most difficult.
I completely disagree with sky on this one. His one shot ability is probably the most broken ability I've experienced. Nerf hog for one shotting and then replace him with doomfist who's one shot ability is far better and easier to pull off.
Zombiezap Hmm, thanks for the reply. Because I main support (2300 Sr) and I don't have much experience on the game to tell exactly how to counter him. OK I'll try to git gud at Ana then :P
I think he is the definition of a good character concept and a bad character design, the only viable Doomfist strategy is "counter dive" as a Defense hero but 3xDPS with Pharah either makes that strategy unplayable or requires a Soldier 76 + Ana and/or a Sombra in one of the Support slots for anti-air. Despite him seeming OP when he one shots you, I think he's going to need a buff in order to make him a viable attack character, the movement nerfs to the Punch and Slam were unnecessary, his hitbox is too large relative to his sustainability and his output is too low while his abilities are on cooldown. I think he needs slight balance tweaks, like a 15% smaller character model, +50 shields per ability, 300 health or a 5th bullet or something because as an attack character or "flanker" once he enters a fight he's not getting out of it. Honestly, I think Team 5 goofed when they transitioned him from being a Tank to an Offense character as he does really feel like he needs that 400+ hp health pool to spear head a fight. Without changes, I think we'll see a lot less of Doomfist after his release because the "new" character smell and one shot kills are preventing people from being critical of him. The compositions are interesting tho', I know everybody keeps saying 3xTank but Doomfist just isn't Roadhog because he can't burn down another Reinhardt Shield. I think Winston, D.va, Doomfist, Soldier 76, Ana and Sombra on defense/KOTH or maybe Winston, Pharah, Doomfist, Tracer, Mercy, Lucio on attack/KOTH are going to be pretty strong, because when you have to deal with a Pharmacy combo, a Doomfist and a Tracer they are just going to be under too many angles of pressure.
This is nice and all but on console you pick doomfiat everyone throws and i fact even when i switched everyone was still throing killing themselves and walling people off
Actually, dash up, dash forward while in the air into junk. Again. Skilled character. Just a truly 3 star character, need to know his combo, and need to know how to use him. Definetly CAN be a flanker, but only if you are going from behind the enemy, and into your team. 1 kill should always be guaranteed. Value kill obviously being the preferred choice.
Supports in this game are so so so important, like mercy lucio or ana. They just cant do shit about him. When doomfist decides to kill you, he will (except he is a complete noob). He just waits around the next corner and crushes you 20 meter against the next wall. If you as a support are aware of that you have to stand out in the open where is no cover at all . In EVERY video game, one hit characters, one hit weapons and stuff has a HUGE disadventage somewhere. Doomfist does not, well he has his cooldowns, okay but how much dmg does he put out if he kills the enemy mercy and dies that right after. Clearly he did more dmg to the enemy team with killing their mercy than the other team by killing him. Doomfist needs a nerf to his onehitkill shit. Lucio for example is unplayable right now, you have to use the walls to, guess what, WALLRIDE. Doomfist comes in, easy kill. I feel like Blizzard just needed a hero to bring out for those who want to feel boss and kill people with less skill. Dont tell me you need skill to kill someone with a one hit charge, it maybe takes skill to stay alive after that, but to all that "pro" players who wants to feel great cause they killed 1-2 people doomfist is perfect and he gets picked from them all the f.... time. i know im hating here a lot but it needs to get said. im absolutly mad at the game right now. greetings from germany, love your vids sky. btw im support main ofcourse... -.-
Jannik2511 well stop being shit then and learn to position if u know where dommfist is make sure to dont have a wall behind you and force him to fist you from the back (lul) which gives you dps more than enough time to shott a slow moving 250 huge hitbox hero
lul, we can understand you haven't fight yet a good doomfist while playing support. The boop distance is the biggest issue for me. You get smashed into a wall 100m away from you . Fuck Yeah...
Get good. Literally just improve how you play. That's how support beats Doomfist. Zen should never be close enough. Zen can ALSO kill him when he jumps on you, especially if you have superior positioning and he can't punch you. HIGH GROUND. Ana can sleep dart him and walk away. Do it when he's charging his punch, or landing on the ground. No way for him to dodge. Also HIGH GROUND. Mercy can just fly away to a teammate. Stay in the air and stay hard to hit. Don't get close to him or the ground. Get a Pharah on your team to help you stay in the air. Pharah counters Doomfist. Lucio can wallride above Doomfist. Hell, if you do it right he can even survive getting punched into a wall, because you can wallride an inch away from the wall and not touch it, and get out scot-free. You're not good enough at wall-riding. Sym should be abusing the slow from turrets and staying around a corner so she can't get punched. Doomfist doesn't have a good way to quickly kill the turrets. Go behind him if he gets too close, and keep dancing. Abuse cover on ALL of the supports. Stay behind a corner so he can't punch you. Stay above him so if he dives you, he has no abilities left. Don't position poorly enough that you get punched. If you're dying to Doomfist, you're doing something wrong. Cheers, Another Support Main
The one hits are annoying to be honest. Nothing is more frustrating than having fine position but getting one hit killed. It seems gimmicky and needs to be nerfed. One hit killing 18/25 heroes, regardless of the risk, makes for a really frustrating game. If they keep the one hit kill, decrease the boop range
There's plenty of one hit skills in the game that come out of nowhere (Widow and Hanzo headshots, pulse bombs, scatter) and if not one hit, a cheesy positioning by the enemy which clearly mean you're fucked and might as well be considered one shot (junkrat flanking with left click→shift, mccree flash→fan the hammer, Mei freeze→headshot, Tracer backlining your zen and unloading a full clip, etc, etc) Are you suggesting we rework the whole game based on what you find frustrating? This isn't a bloody moba, this is an FPS shooter, getting killed super fast has been and will always be a part of shooters. If anything, imo you die way too slow in this game, have you ever played other fps games where getting headshotted by a single AK47 bullet gets you killed? Get used to it or get fucked.
Gaschdisturbed there are so many "walls" to get knocked into, for example, on Route 66 the roof of the gas station watching over the 1st choke has 2 levels, even if you're on the upper level you get knocked back so far into the lower level that has a wall behind it. That positioning is fine
though yes, doomfist has a 1-shot attack, unlike pre-nerf hog, this dude either loses or goes even with most of the cast, this is why he isn't as overpowered as everyone says imo
I'm in 2800 and I shit on mccree's junkrats are jokes I even punch pharahs out the sky. The only hero ive had problems with is bastion and my teammates handle that guy and if hes damaged at all I can kill him with two abilities and a few primary fires. I've been playing him for 30 hours or so so I know how to play around "counters" . I am a pharah main and I quickly learned that sneaking up on soldiers and mccree's is easy and once they die it's free pickings for me and my team
The fact that you 'shit' on mccrees/junkrats/pharahs is more an indicator of how bad the people you play with are than anything else. I mean, what pharah flies so low that you can puch her out of the air? How bad is the aim of the bastions if they take that long to kill you? What kind of mccree let's you sneak up to him? He deals with flankers? He's just not doing his job then.
Lars Van Belle well you see, in competitive mode, the goal is always to outplay the enemy players. So I mean they theoretically can counter doomfist, but a great doomfist will outplay anyone. just like a great widow or Genji will outplay everyone.
Spirit Lad Gaming I can kill Pharahs and tracers easily at 3000 sr with symmetra. That doesn't mean she's viable against them in higher levels of play. Against *good* players, Pharah and Tracer are better regarded as unbeatable unless you're super lucky. Same with Doomfist.
Hate this hero. I was a support main, saw how the hero worked on ptr, and decided that I would not play Overwatch competitive again until he is changed.
Another weak ass, underpowered hero who needs nano to get kills~ He's not viable till he can right click in 3D and not only on horizontal plane like Tracer blinks. It's fucking bullshit~
He's good for one shotting squishes every four seconds
But not whil it is played by skyline.
Yeah that is so op
Potaishee no.... it is not
Not even, Tracer and Genji's are just too fast and have too much mobility... As you saw in the video, Mercy just flies away as he zooms towards her... litrelly this
I thought the whole point of Doomfist was to dive right in and go to town, not hang back and wait to clean up.

What's he good for?
Letting me have fun with overwatch again
So he should be a Defense hero... This completes the _1 new hero per role_ Blizzards hidden goal
This was a fun video to watch. Seeing you line up your shots and execute the combos...
Doomfist is so fun to spectate

according to gold, he's useful for fucking flying into the enemies spawn and randomly getting kills
So basically you're challenging me to main him? Challenge accepted.
God is so dead. its really not that hard
That lucio kill at 3:54 was so satisfying
How to counter a dfist punch. Have a sym and torb on your team, Get the shields, become 2 hit, profit.
I just found out the hard way that he was released today....
2 games in a row of doomfist instalocks. You can probably guess how that went.
That poor, poor Lucio...
I'm seeing a lot of comments about Doomfist's fist ability needing a nerf and I'm going to say that I disagree because here's a list of things that can counter/ the cons of his ability:
•His ability when charging it is pretty loud
•You can move out of the way/ avoid it using:
-Tracer's Blinks and Recall
-Reaper's shift ability
-Mercy's Guardian Angel
-Widowmaker's Grappling Hook
-D.Va's Boosters
-Junkrat's Concussion Mine and Trap (I'm not sure about the trap but his mine can distance himself and Doomfist)
-Ana's Sleepdart
-PHARA'S ENTIRE KIT
-Lucio's boop or just his speed boost to get out of the way
-MEI'S ENTIRE KIT
-Placing a turret as Torbjörn in between you and Doomfist
-Winston's Jumo
-Gengi's double jump or Dash
-Soldier's Sprint to get out of the way/ strafe to confuse
-SOMBRA'S ENTIRE KIT
-Roadhog's Hook
•If you're a tank, you should be able to take the damage, and a good healer would come to your aid
•Move to the left or right, preferably where there's an open space behind you, you don't have to use your abilities for this either
•Get to high ground. He'll have to use at least one of his abilities to get to you. If he starts charging his fist, jump down
•Just kill him before he hits you. He has a big hitbox, aim for the head or neck area and kill him
As for why Roadhog deserved his nerf but Doomfist doesn't, here's some things:

Roadhog's way of getting the pick is cheap. He doesn't have to work a lot to get the reward. Doomfist's way of getting the pick is deserving. He doesn't have to work a lot to get the pick, but getting out can be a problem.
Pick Doomfist
5 ppl throw
Lose
Inbox msg: it's your fault!!!
Yup I forced you to play attack Torb on Hanamura yup.
Overwatch right now.
Phanz Music dont pick doomfist......problem solved
Joseph Ozuna Then why put out new heroes?
Also noticed where Sombra is right now? Gg
Phanz Music sombra is very good if you know how to play her. No one really knows how to play doomfist since he just came out recently, so it's best to stay away from him atm
Comet So learn Doomfist by not playing him?
Nice video!
To summarise:
He is not a flanker, but a pouncer.
Very team-reliant (I actually found winston to combo well with doomfist).
Answer to most meta heroes.
A hero that definitely suits me.
Geometry Dash Technoshark A good doomfist can be a better flanker then genji. It is all about managing cool downs and determining who needs to die first.
Doomfist is pretty good at squishing squishies
That outro music is LIT.
Doomfist "POWEEEER" Main here. Played around 50h in arcade with him until I was almost always winning/on top of the match. Then went into competitive exlusivelly soloQ and from Silver/Gold 2000 I climbed to Diamond for the first time, not even knowing strats or the game that well, with near 65% winrate with him just a few days ago (Hit 3004 last day of season)
I use doom to zone out small spaces. Flankers and followup behind tanks. I think he has strong synergy with roadhog, scan and rein.
Finally a doomfist usage video
Skyline, I saw you in Timthetatman's stream last night TWICE. I know that was you giving him the business as Doomfist. You ain't that slick
I figured out everything you just said by playing him in the ptr and quickplay lol. But I agree with you 100% even though I still want to main him :(
Doomfist role on attack is to be an anti flanker. In the back with support and squishies. The only time he should be in the front line is when he's paired with Zarya, lucio or reaper.
There is an overflow of doomfist in plat
The amount of times you killed that Lucio out of nowhere ^^, oh man this guy is gonna be tilting a lot of people with the punches
4:10 I can tell you played TF2. Sentry mode is the mobile mode, and turret mode is the stationary mode.
Doomfist is really good for Reinhardt Players that want to do DPS. Doomfist needs one thing above all: Patience. As we have seen in the Animated short he does not rush in. He waits for oppertunity and then hits very VERY hard. He is definately not a character for hotheaded people, maybe for LAZY hotheaded people ;-)
I hope they stick with the theme of providing archetype gameplay but with different roles so players can swap better.
TEAM PILLOWFIGHT HYPE!
He is better for protec then attac
? ? ?
? ? but most importantly he blac
but sometimes, he strik
OccipitantX it's a meme that was a thing a while ago on r/dankmemes
ZenHog main --- Memes and hashtags, apparently they pass for humour and wit with millennials...
I got consecutive games of doomfists instapicked ;-; rip
I don't agree with the Junkrar one. I've been recking particulary Junkrats as Doomfist. They were not even able to pull off their mine or even their trap, since close combat always means you are moving around rapidly as Doomfist.
You need to get lucky to kill Tracer, she needs to be grouped or in a small room. Otherwise she just blinks through you and wrecks you from behind after you've used all of your cool downs.
how long have you playes doomfist?
Apparently he is considered a throw pick
Nobody is a throw pick. Don't listen to that bullshit it makes me mad.
Eli Mooorhouse attack torb hanamura
I was expecting to actually punch people with this hero and not rely on rocket boosting myself into them. I imagined having a melee attack at least as good as Reinhardt's, after all he has fist in his name. It would be cool if devs would move away from the oneshot right click and move some of the power towards melee centric combos since he was designed to stay close to the enemy.
He's good for punching zen to the earths core
It's official this will become a doomfist is a defense hero kinda like how people say Sombra is a healer. Doomfist has many play styles but we shouldn't just say "Oh he should stay at the back to deal with flankers." No he should be used like this or as a flanker which he could more then easily do.
Easy for Widow. Love that slow float.
What do you think of the orisa vs doomfist encounter?
Thanks for the news you da man ;)
"Heroes like Ganji, Tracer............and WIdow?! WIdow?! is Widow that good? Players get reported just from selecting Widow....
I think he will be like reaper. Great if you are flexible, terrible if you one trick.
Probably players just haven't yet learned how to use him, but yesterday I was less than impressed. Having played Mercy, he got me a few times out of nowhere in the beginning, but was far less dangerous than many other heroes, both to me and the team in general.
Under every video about Doomfist there is one crying RoadHoag Main.
Wtf you sounded like Jeff Kaplan at the beginning lmao
I've never been able to figure this out: What does VOD stand for? All I know is video on demand but that can't be right haha. Well at least not in this context.
that is right
Wait so like for Overwatch when people ask me to send them my VODs they want my "videos on demand" that seems, odd. I'd think it would have to do with "game play" or something.
Yeah the acronym is stupid for what it is, just means raw videos of people's gameplay, usually for the purpose of review by someone else so that they can get better.
Awesome thanks for clearing that up for me, both of you.
lol I found out he was in comp firsthand- er- fist
DID THIS GUY JUST SAY WIDOW IS VERSATILE? Dealing with your counters as doomfist is at least 10 times easier than dealing with your counters as Widowmaker. I played widowmaker to grandmaster and it is probably one of the most helpless heroes to try and solo queue and climb with. I've mained junkrat, widowmaker, and sombra all to grandmaster seperately and widowmaker was easily the most difficult.
"oh my goodness"
Should've waited another week bliz....
I watched some of steevo's stream and can confirm he is good vs symmetra xD
I completely disagree with sky on this one. His one shot ability is probably the most broken ability I've experienced. Nerf hog for one shotting and then replace him with doomfist who's one shot ability is far better and easier to pull off.
Why wasn't he in the competitive?
you haven't placed in season 5 yet?
it's one of his smurfs
Sky, what supports do you suggest AGAINST doomfist?
a good ana can screw up a doomfist due to him moving predictable making sleep darting him easy.
Zombiezap Hmm, thanks for the reply. Because I main support (2300 Sr) and I don't have much experience on the game to tell exactly how to counter him. OK I'll try to git gud at Ana then :P
Love Doomfist
I think Winston, D.va, Doomfist, Soldier 76, Ana and Sombra on defense/KOTH or maybe Winston, Pharah, Doomfist, Tracer, Mercy, Lucio on attack/KOTH are going to be pretty strong, because when you have to deal with a Pharmacy combo, a Doomfist and a Tracer they are just going to be under too many angles of pressure.
if you have a zen/zarya combo on your team you should not do too much imo communication is 🔑
Luv your vid
Wich Rank are You?
Genji doesn't actually...i fist him as he deflects, and if he hits a wall then boom *autokill*
36 eliminations my first competitive match
once x starlight thats bad LOL nothing to brag about
I just got 68 with tracer. 36 is nothing
This is nice and all but on console you pick doomfiat everyone throws and i fact even when i switched everyone was still throing killing themselves and walling people off
You should wait some weeks to play
TO PLAY LA COPA LUCIOBALLLLLL
Well I don't expect you to do well all match for you are not even prestiged
0:26 who else checked discord?
Allready had 2 teams throwing because i picked doomfist. This community cannot be saved anymore i think this season has made me hate this game.
then don't pick doomfist until more people figure out how to play him. you can't blame the community for everything
Why do I feel Doomfist is going to be a Off Meta Champ?
he's very situational, especially on attack
Poor Lucio...HAHAHA
He's good for throwing
Half the characters in the game counter him but people still cry one shot. Like bitch you never play vs a good hog or sniper?
Dont tell me you need skill to kill someone with a one hit charge, it maybe takes skill to stay alive after that, but to all that "pro" players who wants to feel great cause they killed 1-2 people doomfist is perfect and he gets picked from them all the f.... time. i know im hating here a lot but it needs to get said. im absolutly mad at the game right now.
greetings from germany,
love your vids sky.
btw im support main ofcourse... -.-
Jannik2511 well stop being shit then and learn to position if u know where dommfist is make sure to dont have a wall behind you and force him to fist you from the back (lul) which gives you dps more than enough time to shott a slow moving 250 huge hitbox hero
lul, we can understand you haven't fight yet a good doomfist while playing support.
Cheers,
Another Support Main
Oh im early!
6:31 cute :3
Please, please, don't try to learn doomfist in comp. Get better at him in comp, but learn how to play him in qp.
good for losing sr
Doomfist seems like the dps Winston
The one hits are annoying to be honest. Nothing is more frustrating than having fine position but getting one hit killed. It seems gimmicky and needs to be nerfed. One hit killing 18/25 heroes, regardless of the risk, makes for a really frustrating game. If they keep the one hit kill, decrease the boop range
this just isn't true.
There's plenty of one hit skills in the game that come out of nowhere (Widow and Hanzo headshots, pulse bombs, scatter) and if not one hit, a cheesy positioning by the enemy which clearly mean you're fucked and might as well be considered one shot (junkrat flanking with left click→shift, mccree flash→fan the hammer, Mei freeze→headshot, Tracer backlining your zen and unloading a full clip, etc, etc)
Are you suggesting we rework the whole game based on what you find frustrating?
This isn't a bloody moba, this is an FPS shooter, getting killed super fast has been and will always be a part of shooters. If anything, imo you die way too slow in this game, have you ever played other fps games where getting headshotted by a single AK47 bullet gets you killed? Get used to it or get fucked.
One could argue that if you can be rocket punched into a wall without noticing your position was not good to begin with.
You're not in a fine position if you can be oneshot
Gaschdisturbed there are so many "walls" to get knocked into, for example, on Route 66 the roof of the gas station watching over the 1st choke has 2 levels, even if you're on the upper level you get knocked back so far into the lower level that has a wall behind it. That positioning is fine
He's good at ruining the game with people that don't know how to play him borderline throwing.
though yes, doomfist has a 1-shot attack, unlike pre-nerf hog, this dude either loses or goes even with most of the cast, this is why he isn't as overpowered as everyone says imo
Fast-
But thanks
It's nice that you're into retro gaming, it was pretty big in 2017.
Cool story.
Doomfist should be changed to defense
Absolutely nothing.
Hate this hero. I was a support main, saw how the hero worked on ptr, and decided that I would not play Overwatch competitive again until he is changed.
Matthew James | MJW wow as a support main myself, that's really whiney. He's fine
Skyline, I like you, I really do. But please... turn off your discord before recording, you're giving me some unneeded stress.
watching your doomfist-gameplay is kinda painfull
6 seconds ago 😮
What is he good for?
tilting me...
This game is broken,
Another weak ass, underpowered hero who needs nano to get kills~
He's not viable till he can right click in 3D and not only on horizontal plane like Tracer blinks. It's fucking bullshit~
wtf are you talking about. he oneshots people
