Kooking With Kandy: Greek Sheet Pan Bake, Chicken Paprikash and Beefy Tomato Soup

Greek Roasted Vegetables and Chicken Sausage (sent in by Stephanie)
4 Chicken Sausages (Submitter suggested Spinach and Feta)
2 cups diced potatoes
1 purple onion
2 bell peppers (red and orange suggested)
1/2 cup sliced peperocinis
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp greek seasoning (recipe I used sweetpeasandsa...)
Cut all veggies into bit sized pieces and slices sausages. Mix everything with olive oil and season to taste. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until potatoes are tender.
