Disturbing lyrics given the allegations against the songwriter.
I'm not sure you are aware that the writer of this song David Haas has been accused by nearly 50 woman some girls at the time and one who is my best friend of sexual misconduct. This is why Catholic Churches are musical directors out of respect for his victims are no longer incuding his songs. I appreciate your music but please keep in mind that he song though popular makes many people uneasy and in particular his victims. Some are not aware of this but you can look it up. David Haas went after a friend of mine for over a year so I am making sure everyone is aware of his behavior. @t

@@PillowMusic Glance over the whole thing, as there are serious, graphic reports there. But, more relevant to this song specifically, page 16 describes him singing this song looking directly at a 15 year old girl he groomed. Notice no direct mention of God in this song. Just something to consider.
I understand that but are we supposed to condemn a remorseful man because of what he did in the past? Isn't the church supposed to be a hospital for broken and damaged souls?
What is it that makes you believe that this man who has now proven to be according to IntoAccount has said on YourTube that you can fact check has said that the numbers of victomes are probably triple if not more since many do not want to step into the limelight. He has a history going back over 40 years of sexual misconduct. This is not some one-night thing. He has proven after investigation to be one of the worst cases the IntoAccount has heard. If you feel you can trust this person with any family member of especially children who is groomed from the time, they were 10-11 years old then go ahead and promote his music. You are mine was one of his favorites to pick out woman from the crowd and then isolate them before going after them. FACT. M my friend is one of those people who he went after for over a year. Most churches in the USA have banned his music thankfully. By the way and you can fact check this. He has reportedly tried to make contact AGAIN with woman he committed sexual battery with even a year after this was all announced. These women have reported his efforts thankfully. I think anyone at this point understands that this person is not a person who promotes GOD but uses his ability to connect to woman as a tool to groom and then abuse. @@mkamarille4484
