Yes! So glad I found this video! I’ve read the wonderful origami boxes book by Tomoko Fuse many times and this beautiful triangle box is my favourite! I was hoping to find instructions for it again so thank you!
Cut each of the 3 pieces of paper for the bottom box about 1/4” (or slightly less) than the top box pieces. Then fold the same way. Once the bottom units are fitted together and your top box is fitted as a lid, you will see it fits. Good luck and keep folding!

How do you make the second half a little different in size so they fit together?

I almost killed myself trying to place the third piece....
Camilo Rojas I cheated and glued the first two. It stabilizes the piece while you struggle with the third.
