😂
LOL he did exactly what he wanted to do and look how that turned out... He at least should hire a qualified coach... Somebody that's put in the time and worked for it.
Fair? you want fair? Im not even a colts fan, but if players are just gonna be money, money, money, thats fine, but dont cry about how owners run THEIR business. Ask L-Mar Jacksons teammates how fair it was to play without him. People just cry about everything nowadays.
Anyone blaming Irsay or Saturday for anything this season is uneducated on how the Colts have been under Reich. Or how about the staff, or these sorry ass players that gave up before the season even started. They choked last season and they never recovered. NEVER RECOVERED. The dumb thing was signing Reich to an extension instead of going out and getting a coach that knows what he is doing. Reich never started out a season on a good record and had team trailing and hoping for help to make it into playoffs the 2 times with Luck and Rivers leading team. Blame is so easy to give when you have no clue what has been going down for years. Saturday had no play caller no offensive coordinator. Man the scenario Saturday was put in was the same way black coaches hired an get limited access to build a team, limited power in roster management. Was thrown into a lose lose situation coaches sucked and the players had no heart or pride
They want the picks. Hire them. Get 2 3rd picks fire them. You know you are gonna be bad anyways. Maybe you find a diamond in the rough, it’s a win win for the organization either way.
Then.
If i'm a Colts fan I for sure don't want him as my head coach after this season. He had his shot, time to move on.
He hired the dude cuz they cool so I don't know why ppl are surprised by this? If he gets the job watch the 1st excuse is gonna be he came in to late and it will be different now he has an off-season to get HIS guys in (coaches and draft class).... And when he does better because players gonna play hard to get their money everybody that's cool with this will type or say see all he needed was a full season .
Look, when you do as much coke as Jim Irsay sometimes you get crazy ideas and do crazy things. Most people just crash their cars, try to fight the cops, and hit on their friend's wives, but most of us don't own nfl teams. Jeff Saturday is just a coke-fueled bad idea that will go away when when Jim Irsay sobers up. And the fact that it's still going on after a few months, well...I'd guess that Jim Irsay watches Al Pacino bury his face in a pile of coke in "Scarface" and thinks, "what a lightweight."
Incoming lack of black coaches complaints. I haven’t even watched the video yet
Coaching matters in football look at the giants its not like the nba were it doesn’t really matter lol especially in this era were they pull up from 40ft and iso 99% of the time
He was elite at head coaching when he was undefeated as a head coach at 1 and 0 but three he fell apart after that. Now he’s a bad head coach with more losses
Nobody in their right mind thought he was elite after winning one game in the NFL... That doesn't even make sense bro..
I know it’s wrong but I still wanna see Jeff as coach. Even though I’m a 67 year old black man who wouldn’t mind seeing a qualified black head coach in there.
Put the whiskey bottle down
@@MCfact1827 : It was vodka and beer.
When you own a team it should be your right to hire whoever you want at any position in the building.
You still can't discriminate against more qualified candidates. There are laws. Shout out to Brian Flores with the lawsuit
Regardless of race... Which we all know is a problem... There is a lot of people in the world that were more qualified than Jeff Saturday who had never coached in his life...
@Life's a Game and Aryans Won the Championship you're right that is true about a lot of jobs in the world... This one happens to be televised and shown all over the world... So people are going to voice their opinions...
@Life's a Game and Aryans Won the Championship there's a reason that employers ask for a work history.... There is a reason that jobs asked for a resume.... There is also a reason that people go to a college and study for a profession or a career... With all that being said Jeff Saturday wasn't qualified for this job.... And you're right this is going to happen in other places in the world as well and it won't be talked about because it's not on TV.... It should never happen.
I'm disappointed with both of your takes on this one guys.
Listen ladies I hear you talkin about how it's not fair it's not fair it's not fair Welcome to the Real World
Well take Fair out of it... I don't think in most situations it's smart to hire somebody who has no limited qualifications or no experience in the a job title...
@@natethompson8740 well you do realize that's the way everything started n its actually a thing still on going today its called on-the-job training n I think more places should actually do this.
@@420blowingsmoke I agree on-the-job training at McDonald's should be a thing but not for a NFL coaching job
This almost is like when all you guys said Lynch wasn't qualified to run 49ers. Give a chance
Did you not see his chance he already had? Wtf?!?!?! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
@juicelord4792 HE got shoved in there..Give him an off-season. As a coach he wasn't as bad as Wilson for a QB and yet the give him a chance excuses are flying
@@bobsbergers4166 you don’t get shoved into a team as a coach. You ACCEPT a job doofus. He accepted an offer and couldn’t cut it. They lost in EPIC fashion with him at the helm. Russell Wilson is a player who also had a terrible coach, but his money is already given to him via contract. Common sense must be too hard to understand for you
Because qualifications can be overated
It seems every head coach kinda struggles with clock mgmt. Its not something you think can be so mismanaged several times thruout season. But the clock mgmt Saturday mishandled in some games especially vs Steelers was really bad.
Irsay better let Ballard make this right and not interfere. He shouldn't make anymore football decisions like he has or he'll put this franchise in limbo. And no one would not want to come here. He'll lose the fan base if Irsay decides to go with Saturday. Irsay has common sense, he knows he fucked up too. He needs to trust the guy he brought here to build his team.
