Really well made video. EASY to understand. Less talk more showing what to do. There are many videos. This will be the one I use to do my car. Thank you sir!! Just a few notes after reading the comments below: dialectric grease is optional. Not put on at factory, but I use it too. Good to use torque wrench, yes, but just don't over tighten anything (or undertighten). Anti-Seize is also optional. I use it as well. Not put on at factory. If you purchase original equipment at Toyota, the plugs are iridium and are pre gapped, according to parts counter guy. Lastly, s/b common knowledge that when you see an old gasket, always replace it. What I like about this video, is that it easily shows the sequence of finding and removing/replacing bolts, hoses etc. to get the job done without a bunch of needless talk and comments like in SOME of other videos.
Cool. Thank you. Seems straight-forward…intake, throttle body, upper manifold.
good bro..nice work..thanks for explaning every thing..
Damn, you did this whole thing with one hand ( the other one holding camera)!? Then I should not have any excuse
how many K on it? The spark plugs looks very new. Thanks for sharing the work, very helpful.
I just had mine changed at the dealership 749.00. Car has 70k.
where is the Torque Wrench Buddy? I would not want to be the “next guy” to work on that Toyota after your ‘Renchin!
Hey why NO anti-seize compound on the spark plug threads, and No dielectric grease on the electrical connection to the top of the spark plug? Also how'd you gap the spark plugs to the right tolerances? Also you should mention they should be iridium plugs. Wow.
I have a code for a bad coil pack on cylinder 6. Does anyone know which one is the 6th cylinder? Thanks!
Did you forget torque the plugs and bolts
I hate working on V6.
