they are absolutely serving face but I agree around $50 would’ve been a more reasonable price. If i can get her i will because any monster high doll i can get i will, they just bring so much joy to me
It just grinds me that Mattel makes these OG variations so difficult to get. Price is already high but then you have to scour like little rats on the website and hope your order goes through.
Even to this day None of my Walmarts ever got the creeproductions…

Right? My Walmart got in one (literally just one) Draculaura creeproduction doll and she was just on a bottom shelf without a marker or tag or anything
My Walmart in my city never got the creeproductions EVER. I live near LA and only the cities of LA got the creeproductions in their Walmarts (judging how some people stole the sign) but ever since the launch we never got them in stores not even a store display

Her unitard is very reminiscent of Catwoman from the old 60's campy tv show starring Adam West, specifically the Julie Newmar iteration of Catwoman. (Several gorgeous women played her in the show and each put their own signature on the character 🥰)
Why did they cut her pants so short... like she doesn't have that much going on and Mattel budgeted even the pants lenght🥴
Yeah I realized afterwards that her pants are drawn to go into her boots
I cant belive how they put more effort in the artwork than in the actual doll. Her facemold is beautiful, but it is the only detailed thing on her. when you have such strong competitors like MGA with their Rainbow and Shadow High who offers more detailed dolls for the lower price you cannot put minimal efforts on the EXCLUSIVE doll. shame on you, mattel
MGA is going to eat up Mattel at this rate…it worries me for Monster High but Mattel will always have their bread and butter which is Barbie.
