I used the Rafael and the HCAA but I struggled with it since you need to be at really high speed just to maneuver with if you lower the speed it does a nose dive straight towards the ocean. It's designed aspects were no where near to where the F-22 & F-35 or SU-35 were and that makes it hard to control the aircraft.
@@user-fn1cq4df3g Also i forgot to mention, HCAA only hit a target straight in front of it, and QAAMs turn with the target as long as you have em equipped with Stage 2 set-ups.
@@nazmulhaque4551 that's the whole reason people think QAAM is toxic because it takes no skill whatsoever and you've to spend 20 minutes going around in circles trying to evade it. HCAA you just have to outplay your enemy and it requires a bit more skill than QAAM F22 spammers
No, that's quite wrong because, the HCAA requires you to keep the enemy in your line of sight till the Missile is halfway towards its intended target before you can break off. But the F-22A Raptor and QAAMS don't require that so in that respect you can make evasive maneuvers for incoming missiles fired by the enemy aircraft, if you using Rafael and HCAA vs Raptor and QAAMS you are a sitting duck waiting to be blown out of the sky as the Raptor is a agile aircraft on its own put the QAAMS in the mix it's a killing machine in the sky vs any other fighter.
HCAA maybe better in regards to damage but tracking for HCAA is very poor quality requires you to keep the target in your line of sight till the missile is halfway towards the target which leaves you open to attack from the back, where as the QAAM is fire and forget as long as you get a parfect lock it will hit it's intended target and the escape envelope is only 5% so chances of hit is 95% for QAAMS.
No, you can dodge some idiot in an F-22 shooting QAAMs, a decent Rafale pilot is something to be feared, worse yet is when a Rafale player becomes so good that they use the Typhoon as a self-imposed nerf.
QAAMS are okay but now the ADMM with the CFA-44 Nosferatu is the best as it can take out 12 targets in 1 launch session that's if they fly right towards it, which most players online do.
Missile tracking is a non-issue if you know how to position yourself in relation to where the enemy jet is. That makes HCAA's absolutely devastating in the proper hands, as demonstrated above.
Hope with AC8 they add the feature from Ace Combat Assault Horizon where you get 6 AAMs as they are as of now the best missiles for total destruction on the enemy from greater distance shots, and buff up the homing and damage capabilities so we don't have to use QAAMS to get kills on other players online.

Use light blisk 2, combined with your lighter weight your speed will climb like it’s nothing.

When you swap from the Rafale to the QAAM F-22 so the ennemy has a chance to win.
