They CAN replace him if they want. 25th amendment says as such but it takes pretty much his entire cabinet to go against him with Kamala as the deciding factor. I don't think there is enough of them turned to make that happen. This is just for Presidency though. The replacement talk refers to that he formally has not received his party's nomination yet, so they could nominate another candidate if they choose. The problem with that though is that any and all campaign funds raised by a Biden/Harris ticket must stay with that ticket. Those funds can't be used by another candidate. This is why the Dems are in panic mode. They are basically screwed in either scenario, because any possible replacements poll far lower then Biden or Harris.

This ruling has been in our books for about 250 years now. All the Supreme court did was say, yes this is still a thing. Since there is so much outrage at Trump by the left, they knew that if the court said no, they'd be able to go after him in greater force but now for the most part they really can't touch him. This affects all Presidents past, present and future. They are just upset because basically they can't convict him of anything from Jan. 6 now and that is the one they were hoping to nail him with.

She also has considered of voting to for The Independent Party or even The Republican Party if The Democratic Party doesn’t replace the current Democratic Party Candidate.
