Just recently watched the movie. It was definitely in higher frame rate for the most part. Felt like watching a very high budget TV show on a giant screen. Still enjoyed the movie.
As a MCU fan, I'm absolutely agree with that because the CGI like in She Hulk series having an error than the previous movies I've watched before the pandemic affecting the world including after I'm watching James Cameron's Avatar before the sequel comes in
Your frame rate claim is false i saw the re release of avatar in September in IMAX 3D and they show 3 mins of never before seen footage of the new avatar and it was a mixture of 60 FPS and 24fps
