धारा 73(9) आदेश के बाद जारी DRC07 ही Notice of demand है। DRC01 summary of show cause है। मेरे विचार से DRC07 के बाद निकाली demand पर यह amnesty प्रभावी होगी। 17.18, 18.19 के लिए DRC07 जारी हो चुके हैं। 19.20 के लिए होना है, जिसकी प्रतीक्षा कर ले ,इस कारण ही 31.03.25 तक जमा करने की date fix की है ,जिसे बढ़ा भी सकते हैं। KL Bhardwaj Adv Gonda
Sir merko Drco7 ka notice ayi hai Under section 73 . Hamne tax amount Through ITC Drc03 se payment kar diya hai sir. Penalty and interest waive hone wali hai to hamne pay nii Kiya sir.. But meri 29-06-2024 se recovery thi.. Ky department meri RECOVERY karegi ky sir ? I already paid tax amount
The Supreme Court of india has already delivered judgement that the recommendation of the GSTC are not binding upon the central and state government as their recommendations areadvisory only.
