How to Adjust a Ball Differential - MST RMX 2.0 RWD Drift RC With Active Toe

How to adjust the diff on an RMX 2.0 that has the upgraded ball differential.
This diff was built incorrectly, so it is slipping way more than normal, but this video is still a good demonstration on how to tighten or loosten the diff to suit your preference.

Is it a stock gear box out of the RTR box? I have loose the screw and the wheels still turn same direction.
