Ran my first KLSC marathon this year, the biggest race I've ever joined, so surreal. Watched a bunch of KLSCM vlog in the last few days to relive that experience and yours is one of the best, good job and congrats!
Nice job Vikar. I did the half as well. Clocked in at 2:20 at a 6:38 min/km pace. This was my second marathon and I think the most beautiful part about this experience can always be seen in the last 5km where everyone is just motivating each other no matter you India, cina or Malay. The moment we saw one fella on the verge of giving up and walking, we would rush to them and give them that extra push and motivation they needed to continue on. All helping each other to achieve that common goal. Truly is something you have to experience to really feel it.
Ay congrats man that's a damn impressive pace! Oh yeah I've seen so many people supporting each other and pushing each other to complete the race as well, despite their skin colours!
I joined my first FM on this KLSCM 2023, and is also the first time ever reached that distance of 42.2km. The feeling when i reached the finishing line was so touching that i actually cried myself out hahaha.😭😭😭 All the hardwork from running finally pays out. I finished in 4 hours 25 minutes. Proud of you guys for finishing whatever category you chose 💪💪
Can't believe you actually completed it. Next year I join you!
Lesgooooo
Congrats Vikar and welcome to the road running rabbit hole! No worries, the pain is temporary, the pleasure will linger ever so long in your memory. I did my first HM in 2015 at age 63, after being persuaded out of slothful existence by my daughter 😅. After many, many HMs, finally had the 'scrotal gumption' (pardon my French) to do the FM (KLSCM 2017) and has never looked back. Completed the recent FM which saw me in the 70-79 age bracket, and looking fwd to the next one. So that's how deep in the hole I'm in. So be warned!! (But you'll love it!!!) 😅
Good job man! Marathon feeling is really something special and hard to describe to anyone, well done!
Exactly! Thank you so much!
First time tearing watching your video !! Congratulations Vikar … 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽..
Thank you so much :)
345 FM Pacer here. Congratulations on your achievement! Your effort made me felt thankful and not take it for granted for running the HM distance.
congratulation Vikar. Did my 21km as well, first time in KLSCM. Will repeat next year.
Congrats, Vikar! Nice recap and thanks for sharing your experience!
🔥❤️
Proud of you bro! The last 5km always feels like hell haha
Thanks man! Hope to see you running for this marathon next year!
Congrats Vikar! Ran my 2nd HM at SCKLM this year. Must agree that the cheers along the route is simply energizing, and out of the world. Especially the last 500 metres.
Hope to meet you next year! FM maybe???
Good one Vikar🎉
congratz🎉🎉🎉
Congrats bro.. You done better for your 1st HM bro..mine one I did in 3hrs58min which almost reach the cut off time and it was last year whereby I join Twincity HM in Cyberjaya.... I like to see how strong you are in completing the HM, and I wish one day we can run together in HM..Keep up a good work and keep inspiring people bro..
Well done Vik, keep inspiring man! ❤
Dei Macha long time no see😁
Excellent story! We just 10 minutes different at FL..
For a first timer, you did very well. Congratulations, Vikar.
Hey vikar, thats quite good finish bro under 3Hrs, next time join endurance running, dont be shame to bring small 250ml bottle along with isotonic water, and always do drink and refill isotonic water. we very need it. and it help me a lot to prevent jelly legs, waterstation air kosong buat mandi saja sudah ok. me also debut both KLSCM event and HM.
This year 42 ke bro? 👌
What's your headset brand?
Congratulations. It is not easy to pass 21km
