If you remove the judge who is not working then the court will be successful.
When each case takes 20-20 years only for the High Court.
There should be a judicial vigilance intelligence service which should work on the pattern of intelligence bureau.
Intelligence gathering agents should work in such a way that they should feed a self driven AI system on daily basis and should not be able to form a certain opinion at any one point in time.
The agents should not have access to the information they feed.
Information users should be from a different set of people who should feed the Chief Justices of High Courts on regular basis.
The district or lower judiciary are the basic pillars of our Justice Systems.
Same intelligence data be go all the way to the Supreme court.
This intelligence system will help eliminate nonsense performing and corrupt judges.
There's no accountability of judges especially at lower courts
Speech must be send to Faiz Essa. He must RESIGN OR OBEY HIS OATH. JUDICIARY MUST BE ON JUSTICE WITHOUT ANY OUTER/ BACK PRESSURE.
This must also be sent to Saqib Nisar, Asif Saeed Khosa,Bandiyal.
Justice Saheb, how come the situation gets resolved in the Sessions Court but it does not even get resolved in the High Court.

Everyone if, take his own RESPONSIBILITY and say goodbye to DIRECT HAWALDAR CONCEPT [ DRIC HAWALDAR CONCEPT ] then, some GOOD CHANGES one may see. BESIDES Criminal Cases, Civil cases and other cases if STARTED to be fixed before the concerned judges of the subject then, good positive changes Inshaallah will come in DISPOSAL OF CASES quickly rather to say promptly.
