Rule Suggestion:
I think when someone clearly accidentally uses two special position changes (or similar) the punishment should be having to use a silver (of choice of the opponent) rather than a bronze. For there to still be some sort of punishment but not as much as when a player gets guessed.
If someone does it on purpose that's obviously different, but I don't think anyone would actually do that on purpose anyway.
But how can u tell when someone does it on purpose? Because u can't.

TBF you could have used Ralph for "Ralphie" from A Christmas Story. IDK if you've ever seen it but here in the states we have 2 channels that play that movie from like 7PM Christmas Eve to 7PM Christmas Day every year

Think the rules are fair that a player is replaced with a bronze if ineligible and it's picked up after the guesses have been told. Think if before any guesses have been told it'd be fair to be able to change?
