Love these cars.. my mate however had so many problems with his 68 plate 300st 4drive. Was a lease car from new in 2018 had two coolant leaks and injectors went on him. And fuel pump failed. All this within 30k in 3 years. Defo was a lemon
@@gti20vtMarcel this is a daily software, 95 ron. I plan to have multimap option with 100 ron software too. Yes, two persons make a difference, but still it should go faster with 380 hp. But these guys are ridiculous, two persons and no slope correction.
There big chaps as well so probably an extra 85 kg making it almost golf r weight. There weight stated was incorrect more like 1390 kg without sunroof. Temperature and humidity makes a big difference as well on draggy runs. My fastest times on my Cupra are around 3-6C.
Insane value for money considering I dumped almost 10k€ on intake (R600 with all the bits and bobs), colder spark plugs, intercooler, turbo-back Milltek 3" exhaust with a racing cat (+ labour) and a very thorough ECU/TCU tune on the dyno. When measured I got 385,4bhp and 492,6Nm. I have the ST 300 4Drive version from 2018 but the engine is the exact same. I feel robbed lol.
I mean ...it just looks so satisfying to a purist .... Like not screaming like a sports car but it's character is embedded in it's design seamlessly .... What a beauty
I wish you introduce new rule on the channel, that in case of tuned cars you test only ones with dyno chart and you show it somewhere during the movie. Giving power numbers just based on owner statement i think have no much sense. Usually performance shown it the video and power numbers are way off :) But maybe this is actually better as people have something to argue about ;)
really think about getting a manual 5f cupra, so this comes just in time, thank you guys! love the sleeper look on those. How does the shifter feel? Nice and tight or dead like the steering?
Just got myself a manual 5f ST Cupra, personally love the shifting in mine. It gives some nice boundaries where the gears are and the shift throw is rather short. Then again the car I drove prior to this was a Mitsubishi Space Star 1.3 family from 2001 (kind of a shitbox, but will always be grateful for everything it brought me). My advise is go for a testdrive, maybe even with multiple cars and then see how you like it yourself. Because I also found the steering to be rather direct and giving plenty of feedback (so that could have something to do with the different driving modes)
If u put it from comfortmode into cupramode during the drive it will make more sound. Doesnt work if if u start it and its in cupramode already.. atleast in my case 2018 Manual
Its just an actuator, what you mention is "fake" added sound. You can find and unplug it just under the cover below the whipers. The actuator is disconnected in the car in this video.
I cant not say that as I noticed in older videos too for cupras I own a cupra and when you turn off the car while it is on cupra mode then turn it on, it always go to comfort automatically but it appears that its in cupra mode so you should put it in comfort then cupra mode again

What was te slope? 10.96 is too slow for 380 hp. My Cupra on 95ron software and maybe 340-350hp does it in 10.5s corrected. 380hp should go below 10s
There are 2 men in the car, 80 to 90 kg makes a difference too...

With 2 people and manual box? My Dsg stage 1 does 8.98 with me 77kg and in freezing cold optimized DA.

I have 1.8 fr dsg can you tune it or not does dq200 dry clutch broke by normal driving with around 350 nm and 230hp 🤔
Stage1 tune for engine and stage1 dsg tune does dq200 gearbox hold good or not? I wanna know before i do some stubid and expensive 😁
