I love Shania Twain so much. My mother just passed away on Christmas this year and thinking back on my childhood, there are sooooo many good memories with my mother that involves blaring Shania Twain music. Its kind of hard to listen to her without crying now but I still love her so much. She's litterly the best country singer in my opinion.
"But i feel so insecure..." she says. But it only seems to affect Shania for a short while. She has HUNDREDS of people and a LOT of cash invested in that show of hers. And it all hangs on her. OF COURSE she's going to feel the pressure. All those people are depending on her to pull it off. And also she wants to make a splash since it's a new direction for her career. As Shania says she hasn't been on stage for 8 years. Now here she is with a show that's bigger than anything she's ever done. Marvellous!!!!!! Loved it.
No matter how long a musicians have been doing there art, they still work so much harder on it than 90% of people know. Then she talks about being intimidated singing with an icon, when she herself, is an icon! LOL! Very humble for her!

This girl is my inspiration! She has been through so much in her life-from an impoverished childhood and adolescence, suffering the loss of her mom and stepdad, to fighting to have Nashville take her seriously and record songs that SHE wrote, to have to go through a very public, humiliating divorce, AND battling Lyme Disease, which threatened to kill her ability to sing again, through it all, we see her emerge once again as the warrior she has always been and always will be! Shania, you are my hero!
I remember when I first heard Shania's songs on the radio. I had no idea what she looked like, but I decided to buy a CD because I liked the music. When I picked up that CD and saw her, I was like "BONUS!"

She passed 6 years ago and I am still not the same. I listen to your songs and I the feel the love she had for me. Nights like tonight I listen to you and it fills a void for a bit of time. I am so happy that you and Fred share in a happiness I once enjoyed. It is rare for most people to experience on such a level. Thank you kind lady for easing some of my pain. This was the best behind the scenes documentary I have ever seen. I loved everything about it. I have so much respect for her, that crew and the amount of work that went into the Vegas show. I only wish I had seen it. This was great.

In an awards show, she gave accolades to her staff of 250 !! people to put the show on! Now that IS a serious business operation!
I enjoyed every second of this! If it wasn't for her husband we wouldn't have been able to see just how much work goes into this production. She is a hard working woman and she had a fantastic team to stand by her ideas her all the way. I never was able to see the show but after watching this, I appreciate what went into it to make it come alive.

The conflict between the confidence and insecurity is twofold. As they pull on Shania, she teaches us to 1) face the fear and 2) be bold anyway, no matter timid or how shy the feelings that try to overtake her, she charges forward with courage and faces her fears. She's amazing. Followed her since her singing in bars in Canada before she even got a record contract. She was incredible back then. Then she hit Nashville and rocked the whole world with that voice!! And of course every guys dream. Then came turmoil and serious debilitating Lymes disease. I had it and it's a killer. It attacks whatever it wants to and in my case, anxiety. I had panic attacks everyday. In her case, anxiety and her voice. So incredible that Lionel Ritchie flew to Switzerland and helped her get her voice back. There's a video that shows that whole story. Shania was floored by his actions. She's endured so much bad with her parents, Nashville trying to control her, her marriage failing, losing her voice, and gaining weight after child birth. She's come through it all with a smile and a show that beats all shows! She's back, she's better then ever, and I think needs to release a bunch of new singles that bring her to number 1. She also has come so far as to producing and directing. She does it all! The only thing she forgot to do in life is find me and marry me. Lmao!!! Omg imagine being her man? Lucky!!! Who cares that she has money, she's beautiful and has a sweet heart. I'd marry her if she lived in an alley under a cardboard box and was broke

what a tremendous responsibility to have THAT many people depending on little old "me" for a living...wow Shania...I had no idea the responsibility that went along with being YOU...so glad to see you fight the good fight to get back in the swing of things with your voice issues...respect to you for the courage it took to document it all for us as well...so there really is a "human" under all that magnificent beauty and unbelievable talent...you were anything but spoiled growing up, and it is really lovely to see someone rise to a place that they are able to help others after trudging the long hard path...great video...thank you!

Love how this shows how hard the bgs work to get their sound. How much work goes into these shows. Still yet to see Shania in concert but with do my best to see her. One of my favorites.
