You mention that optical could possibly go into either port. I found out that it has to go into the one one the right..while facing back. I had mine in the left port. Rewatched your video, tried the port on right ...and Finally it works. !
No blocked needed since it’s suppose to go in the USB port behind tv. The Bypass is whenever you have a sound system as a soundbar that uses optical as connexion.
I am trying to set my my wireless headphones and I got as far as putting the optical cord in the transmitter. When does the other end of the cord go ? And where does the other end of the audio cable go as well Thanks
I bought an optical splitter because I have a sound box and the headphones connected to the TV so in the side of the TV there should be little inputs and one is an Optical input which is the sound for the headphones it’ll have that weird looking end on it and you should see it it should say that above it so look on either side of your TV and you should be able to find it good luck thanks for writing
Yes, you can turn up the speakers on the TV and at the same time you can listen with the headphones I have an optical sweater that I used to go to a box and to the headphones and from the TV. Good luck thanks for watching.
Why would you ever want a usb charging cable to be so loose that you can remove it with one hand? My mid 80's dad with both vision and hearing problems could set these up (with both bluetooth tablet and through optical to the roku tv) with little issues. They have been a blessing. Ear coverage is wonderful, even with the hearing aids.
The literature that came with the headphones clearly states “We’ve decided to stop including power adapters…in an effort to reduce our impact on the environment…..” You can connect the USB to your TV as a power source.
I think what they meant to say is we stopped including the power adapters because we will save money and increase our profitability. Good luck on your install. Thanks for watching.
@@TomLeeman yes sir I did I went from the TV Optical out straight to the headphone transmitter box. I have an LG TV and I have a feeling it's got to do with something with the settings but I tried some things and it didn't work
I have it on an optical splitter because I have a box and the headphones and I also want the TV to be able to play through it speakers so that seems to work better for me. Good luck thanks for watching.

how is the Sound Quality ? is it good for Recording Audio In Studio??
This is mostly for TV listening

Exactly absolutely that’s what we do. We use an optical splitter and then run it to both a sound box and headphones
Hi can you listen to the TV as normal and have your elderly parent listen to the TV via the Avantree headphones ?
Yes, it has an optical splitter and you can even play a sound bar with your TV. Good luck on your installation and thanks for watching.

One question: is there an option for listening on the Tv and the headphone at the same time?
Yes, you can turn up the speakers on the TV and at the same time you can listen with the headphones I have an optical sweater that I used to go to a box and to the headphones and from the TV. Good luck thanks for watching.

Can't get the TV to produce sound when I connect the headphones even though I changed the connections on the TV settings
Did you use the optical splitter or the optical port?
