I don't get it with raw egg mixed into the bowl of the soup noodle.
I reckon the raw egg overwhelmed the good taste of the soup, not add anything good but nutri-value.
That goes with every food like Char Hor Fun, etc.
I have once put it to a senior chef and he found it hard to reply but said the customer request.
He was saying customers are stupid, granted taste may be up to the individual.

大山脚以前有间板面更好吃，在点心城对面的，可惜好几年前就没卖了，很想念那个味道。

是的，温香饮食中心～
差不多十年前，有档板面很好吃的～
现在只剩下福建面了，虽然也是很好吃～
还有卖肉骨茶和鸡饭也是很有名～
不过我没什么吃啦～
