Among nexon brezza ecosport wrv duster and creta .
I wasnt considering this product coz of its sales fig . I had booked nexon but all of the sudden renault showroom come in my way and i just casually took the tesr drive of captur and man!! What a car
I booked that instantly also get 1.5lakh rs discount on rxt model . The ride , power(punchy engine low end lag is very well contained and you get power through out the power band ) handling and over all ride quality is much much better than the overpriced creta .i fnd it much more value for money than creta. comparing it features like auto head lamp.
wipers cruise control speed limiter eco mode very
power very good audio system not like duster of kwid comes with new tuning full ac and much more . You get all the perks
of duster without 4x4 with a very luxurious feel .
Not for the people who demand useless features like
sunroof etc. Car offers very mature
drive with no worries . I ve taken it for some .some one who is demanding a car with rough and rugged build quality with sedan like interior feel this is your car .
offroading though its not a 4x4 but it manages very well without it coz of its massive ground clearence and big r17 tyres . I hv driving experience of 12 years and i have driven almost every type of car and from that experience i dont understand why on earth its not selling that much . Its such a beautifull and amazing product by renault .
Cons : no dead pedal .driver seat hieght is already set a bit high so for taller driver more than 6ft will find it dificult in head room plus hand rest is fix but thats very small problem after a while you get used to it .
What a stylish car! Looking at this I can say SUVs coming out these days has evolved in style!

My Experience is good compared to creta....Excellent mileage with Great Driving Experience....Good Road Grips wonderfully Driving fun....unlimited fun....
At 0:11, I really thought he said "Cheap European styling." I listened probably around 5 times and then realised he meant 'chic'.
Joke in 2017 for competing against Creta, Compass, Xuv!! Even Indian made Tata Hexa is more premium than this French made Renault car!
Kiran Tata Hexa wasn't completely designed and developed in India or by Indian R&D , it carries footprints of jaguar's R&D (which Tata owns btw)
If i want to spend 11lakh to 14 lakh why not go for isuzu d max which gives me 4x4 and way more fun to drive and look macho on road
I don't see anything premium in this company claimed premium SUV.
I think the exterior design and features like key less entry, cruise control make Captur much premium SUV.

My question is should I buy TATA NEXON or Wait for this Beauty .... My budget is around 9 lacs .. want a car full of fun in every expect with practicality .
You should go with the Nexon. Its fun, more powerful, practical and reliable and is cheaper than this.
With 9 lacks budget choose between Nexon / Brezza / Ecosport.
Aman Verma sir Tata has bought Jaguar and Range Rover if u look at it the bolts refinement and interior surely has a hand from one of these companies. Be hexa is a car that's loved by critics. Be rest assured only the best will roll out from Tata

I love Renault's engine personally because they offer great performance with above average mileage. But as for this car, I think it's priced too high. Interiors are nothing to be excited about. The engine used in Tata Nexon is latest and its long term reliability and maintenance cost is still a question. So if your priorities are high class interiors with good value for money, u can go for Nexon ( XM or XZ+). But if you want good performance+ mileage and can manage to spend a bit higher, u can go for Captur. And I don't think Captur will come at less than 10.5 lakhs. So my suggestion is go for Nexon XM.
its only the outside looks further this car is not really that nice .. compared to a creta, creta has way more premium feel and infotainment is way better.
Lekin creta se bore ho gaye ab. Koi alag dikhne wali car bhi toh aani chahiye. Captur ki designing mast hai.
Not only designing dude i find the ground clearance and boot space are also very good. I love Captur.
The leg space for back seat passenger sucks this car is a disaster when I went in the showroom they are giving 2 laks discount straight just to clear the stocks
I have seen Capture from abroad, which are smaller than Indian version. I thing this vehicle won't sell more than 200 numbers in a month. It is a dead on arrival product just like VW Tiguan. Instead of positioning this above Duster, they could have increase the wheelbase of Duster and make a seven seater Duster SUV and position it above Captur.
I appreciate Captur for its premium looks, features and off course pricing. No car can compete with its design.
From the day of its launch Captur has always been the segment leader SUV.
Captur is an excellent answer for today's demand of a modern SUV at affordable price width.

kubandiran s, KWID is the only car to dent the sales of Alto, Duster is a Hit car given the sales, so we cant say Renault has only flop cars. Captur looks good, dont know if its premium.

Yeah my Duster 110bhp has shown it's refinement after 5 years and 1 lakh kilometres on the odometer. Can't trust Renault anymore, resale is very bad the safety is least bothered about. I wouldn't be surprised if this has a rating of 1 on 5 NCAP ratings.
Direct competition to creta and xuv500. I don’t know about others but Captur wins in terms of looks and personalization options.

What a dull vehicle- I really had to stop watching the video and jump in here to post this comment. Whats wrong with these global companies when it comes to launching for Indian markets. Do they by default assume, anything will work here ? When you ask is this a SUV or a Crossover- you wouldn't get a straight forward answer but a confusing statement that this is a Crossover with SUV like characteristics - that's plain BS! Either build a proper SUV in the given budget or a go for a Crossover. I instead find Maruti lineup of premium vehicles more VFM compared to these abysmal ones!

Duster is far more aggressive in looks and design...overall the car is good but not like duster....
This is Renault's perfect recipe for failure. Starting from the interiors... They could have really added a better infotainment system confirming to market standards, soft touch plastic, lower seats, better-looking leather, a sunroof and it would have sold like hotcakes.
This is going to drive the sales of the new S-Cross, WRV and Compass higher. Thanks Renault for the free marketing.

My first car is renault duster. It is a amazing car with good ground clearance and endurance body. After using duster so harshly i can say that renault provides quality in their product. Best wishes for Captur.
Yes Kumar, I had a Tata car long back but soon i had to change due to mileage and engine quality issues. Now i own a Renault hatch back and it has been a wonderful experience till now.

sadly, there is no competition to Hyundai creta anymore. so much void for competitive market. will wait for the right car.
I have always liked the way Renault's suspension works on Indian roads. But sad to say Renault has got a loser on it's hand. Especially considering the competition it's taking on it just doesn't have in it to survive. Looks are very average and there is nothing about this car that can excite a customer looking for a car in this class. RIP Captur.
How come they managed to spoil this car ? It was a winner in Europe and they screwed it up manufacturing in India. Definitely missing a lot of goodies from the European version.
This Captur is bigger, wider and has more ground clearance. But definitely lags in infotainment and engine.

I have bought Renault captur great car value for money, I have test drive creta Hyundai, xuv500, Maruti scross, duster, Tata hexa,Nissan kicks before buying this. First creta Hyundai good car but not as comfortable as captur seats of captur are like recliner awesome, suspension of captur much much better, ride quality of roading creta doesn't stand a chance, last service cost of second service just 4000 as compared to creta or other cars 9700 my friend has creta. Second xuv 500 no match to captur in comfort,ride quality, mileage of capture 20 + xuv 15 only like a huge truck no comfort who drives shakes at 110km/hr speed Mahindra cannot match international standards.
Third Maruti Scross old only 1.289cc engine underpowered congested car selling bosh system no car quality, hybrid technology car stops everytime u stop have to press clutch to start no comparison to captur selling just name lacks power old people car Tata hexa too big car clumsy like mini truck Very low mileage 14km/hr no match to captu r in comfort and ride quality. Duster good difference captur is much much more comfortable, ride quality, seats of capture like recliner, suspension of captur much much better u don't feel any jerk international standards in captur much much better than duster. Overall car for city ofraoding old and young people.

I feel Kwid is different from Captur. Captur is a bold SUV. I like the interiors they seems very comfortable. As they both are from Renault therefore Captur should also be as safe as Kwid.

What's the use of making fancy looking compact SUV everything low qualities that is plastic interiors, low standard touchscreen, manual seat height adjust, no sunroof and poor performance what's wrong with our country? Why can't our country build high quality automobiles for cheap like Honda brv, tata nexon. Honda brv's got leather interior and comfortable ride apart from no touchscreen.

No doubt! Duster is also a good car. Right said Pravin it depend upon choice. I feel Captur too has a tempting design it will rock like Duster.
What an abomination. This is the old Duster with some spruced up bits, and that 1.5L 8-valve SOHC engine that begins two smoke like a railway engine after a few oil changes.
A very crappy car. Nothing to call it a premium SUV. A hatchback like micra or pulse offers more space than this stupid so called SUV. The duster is a way awesome car than this.

Yeah..! but Renault Captur is giving advance features which other cars not. Smart card access, cruise control, LED lights, alloy wheels is not presented in any other car. i had a test drive 4 days ago & i felt it the most comfortable car on the roads & traffic. Hope would definatly book Captur this diwali as a gift to my Family.

That's true. European cars have a sturdy body. They are all time safe for travelling. Duster is a good car and now Captur is also coming to name in the list of Indian SUVs.

I didn't find it ugly, even i find it a good SUV. I was looking for a SUV with good space and attracting tempting looks. I think Captur has fulfilled my needs. Now am waiting to take it for a test drive soon.
