Very useful sir. When we are surveying a slope land does the FMB show length of slope or the shortest length from A TO B.
Please advise.
Thank you... That depends on the Surveying.. If you simply use linear measuring instruments what we get is sloped length we need to use formulas to get shortest length. If use tacheometry we can get horizontal distance..

sir in ranging 2 inaccessible how we will make it AC4D4B length, because of invisible purpose only we took c1 d1 stations
We have to fix station C and D successfully a way that both that point should be visible to A and B. A and B is not intervisible but C and D are visible to both A and B.
