I have not upgraded to touring seats. Reviews from others are that it is good. Meteor is just the right bike for me at least which I have not faced that significant shoulder/back pain. I take a good sleep before ride and start a little early. No specific routine ✨. (My tail bag helps a bit as it gives support - you can see on my Kerala Ride episodes). Do subscribe 🤝
