So obviously, she owed him a lot of money and lied abt being his fiance after he pretended to have amnesia. She were getting her revenge for treating her very badly as his secretary. After he revealed to her tht he didn't have amnesia he made her sign a contract / slave contract. She was gonna be his slave, do everything he asked. But after he developed feelings for her and saw her good side, he decided to fire her and end the contract. You gotta watch the whole drama to understand better though.
