I was waiting to see your flip because she did a fast flip on her IG page and I wasn't feeling what I did see. I'm underwhelmed, which has been the case with her last few books. I think I imagined the book being something it did not end up being. Deep Blue was another one I was so excited for and after seeing your flip I ended up canceling. I still do like this book, so I will likely keep my pre-order, but again not what I expected. I don't think I am going to pre-order her books anymore. I will come here to see if you picked it up and decide from there. I never get my pre-orders on release day anyway, so really no sense in pre-ordering anymore. And yes, I agree. She use to be my favorite, but Joseph's books have now become my faves. Thanks for the flip!

Thank you for this flip through. I didn't care for much of what I seen...hopefully I was able to cancel my preorder in time. I can't see myself coloring more than maybe 6 pages.
Ok, so watching the slower beginning flip through back before watching everything I missed.
Seeing this book in it's complete form. There are pages I love, some I like, some that are meh, and some a big fat nope.... thank you for sharing it. If a book doesn't have at least 50% or high pages that I will color it goes in the no buy list.
The pages with horns I don't care for from any artist. Just personal preference. It reminds me too much of evil, regardless of tried for cuteness aspects the illustrators are trying for. The only horns I've ever colored are are animals (deer, elk, moose, ram, sheep, dragon) in nature or dragons. Lol oh well, glad I am re-watching. Will save me money if it doesn't make the 50% cut line. 😂
Also appreciate the cinch refresher. I HAVE to watch your videos very closely (nose to the screen on repeat) 😂🤣 for book binding because I cannot remember no matter how much I try to.

@@shannieblue so you just smear that stuff onto the palette? Or do you shave it,like people do with pastels? I have no experience with that stuff. You smear it on the palette,then dip your brush into it? It’s working well for that background. I really wanna use it.
@@2robdot you just put it on the palette. They have a creamy texture. Then, rub your brush in it and apply it.
I was going to pre-order this book but I stop from doing it because All I see is animals and animals not Fairies jus like 6 pages bring fairies not worth it ☹️
