SCM CELASCHI business unit presents to the market its state-of-the-art technology for the production of "click panels", in collaboration with Välinge Innovation.
Celaschi solution consists of a CELASCHI LINE and a stand-alone CELASCHI P40 double-end tenoner to process the main panels and the shelves of a box.
CELASCHI LINE is composed of the following integrated machines:
- Celaschi sp longitudinal single-sided profiling machine
- Panel-turning system
- Celaschi p60 transversal profiling machine.
It has been designed to profile panels previously squared and edgebanded, that will be the horizontal and vertical elements of the box.
CELASCHI P40 stand-alone double-end tenoner is configured with 6 motors dedicated to profiling the back panels of the box in just two passages.
The technological advantages of Celaschi solution are:
-Fully automatic machine setup, thanks to electronic positioning controlled by Maestro active square software
-High accuracy thanks to operating units equipped with brushless jumping motors
-Strict dimensional and geometrical clearances guaranteed by the long Celaschi experience on woodworking machinery
-Integration with complementary units like automatic tabs inserting device.
The whole process of click furniture panels manufacturing is controlled quickly and easily through MAESTRO ACTIVE SQUARE software. It allows you to create working programs and monitor the machines in real time. At the end of the process, historical data and reports can be sent to the ERP system with a constant strive to enhance company productivity.
