for the americans stuck in Sudan.... why can't you find a job in US and you have to be in a country that has level 4 travel advisory since Oct last year????? and now you are complaining that the US government is not doing enough to get you out of the country?????
When the two generals in Sudan first begin fighting. US citizens should have packed up and left. This is a prime example of not learning from our pass mistakes, like the Exodus from Afghanistan!! Like Benghazi. People were told to leave both places but they waited until the last minute thinking that the US was not going to leave or that we can resolve the conflict. We are not immuned from war. Then of course we blame the US for not rescuing you when it's next to impossible. When war starts leave.
I take it, you are unaware of the cost of a overseas flight. I agree, but i have to consider the financial part of it. With Biden passing money out to other countries, The value of the dollar has dropped and a airplane ticket is extremely costly for 1 person, not to mention an entire family.
Why not make setting aside money for return flights as the FIRST PRIORITY WHEN LIVING OVERSEAS for anything other than a short vacation??
As a man that lives in the country I feel confident saying that no city boy would have handled taking charge and stopping the bus that well. It warms my heart to see that good young man do that!

all they have to do is give up, and save lives. For every life that ends in this war, it can be blamed on their president and his unwillingness to lose power. Helicopters should have some kind of air tags that can give off signals warning other Helicopters that they are in close proximity
I'm sure they have something like that but more technologically advanced then a simple air tag. All it would take is GPS on every helicopter.
