I hope this new governor will change the bad experience the state suffered under the outgoing administration by given urgent attention to the following:
1. Demolish the dilapidated egbete market and replace it with modern world standard market
2. Give holistic facelift to the commercial centres.
3. Rebuilt the dilapidated walkways and road sides.
4. Establish efficient and effective rubbish collection.
5. Reintroduce mechanical road sweeper as it was during Sullivan administration
6. Reinforce traffic light law to insure safe driving on the road.
6. Create more recreation park to attract tourism and returnees from America and Europe. .
7. Remove illegal shacks littered along the road sides which is one of the contributors to rubbish dump on road.
8. Ban posting leaflet on the walls and on road sides . It is an eye sour to watch as it makes the environment ditty.
For example around the Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium leaflet on the walls and the pavements have mess up the area. Its so disgusting.
9. Plant trees to make enugu greeny and beautiful.
10. Solve water shortage in the city. Enugu has many water falls and streams which can be channel to the urban areas.
11. Introduce sanitation day on Thursdays . And make it compulsory for petty traders to collect their rubbish.
