Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

i can relate so well
I hate most of these weapon mods because a lot of the weapons are just plain overpowered and you can't defend against them.
to be fair, a lot of the ones i see in these vids are super expensive and lategame, so you can defend against them.
a lot of RTS and other games have stupidly powerful things you can't defend once they are out. lets take a stupid example: Exodia from Yu-Gi-Oh, you loose once its there, so the counter is to abuse the fact the opponent is focussing his everything into the game ending weapon and stop it from happening. of course that prerequisites you knowing whats up
@@Thundermikeee or think in games like Halo Wars when people are trying to pump out Uber units, you just scout then rush them down if they're going full eco, many RTS games are like this, but when it's a mod, people suddenly think it's unfair, if a mod like tanya's mod was an actual game addon, no one would bat an eye. at how overpowered those weapons are

gotta say, as interesting as the rest of it seems to be those busted machine guns make the rest of the weapons pointless if you properly armor your core and suppress intelligently instead of waffling like they did
If anyone is curious about 6:35, if you go frame by frame in 1080p, you can see what caused the detonation. It was some really tiny projectiles from the top right base. They are about a single pixel and cross just behind the trails of the outgoing missiles just prior to impacting the gunner and cannon.

After messing with mods i found "missiles on bracing", which would allow T3 missile silos

If you were wondering what happened at 6:40... I'm pretty sure the 3rd base from the bottom broke and fell on the machine gunner and cannon which caused a chain explosion on the turbines.

Gotta say that the canon ball bull's eye on the core is pretty impresive
what mod are u using, and try "material building radius" and "material joint " mods, they're realy good for building unique forts, and joints turning no longer snaps
you can do that without installing a mod

Honestly I like this style of content better then the solo commentary. It sounds like you enjoyed it more too, rather then having to listen to yourself talk, (especially when editing, I hate my own voice lol) you get to listen to and talk to friends. Not saying I dont enjoy the other content too, but I prefer this stuff :P

The luftwaffe did indeed commit suicide by crashing into the enemy but only when their plane was already damaged

Because of that, it's useless as armor
@@leonharder4846 Yes but because of its density less dense materials find it harder to penetrate it.
If a laser hits gold bracing, it partially absorbs it and gives you energy.

Either try and build a block so the diagonale is perpendicular to the incoming laser and put the energy shield there.

It's possible, but not really valuable. In practice, it's just better to have a defence that holds off everything, rather than a defence that attempts to reflect a laser.
