so this confresence was a waste of time..pretty much, they still have to go up for parole (if the judge agrees) and the prob. wont get it the first time or even the the 2nd time,,,,,im betting they wont get out for awhile..all the attorneys are on TV now.....saying the same thing the brothers killed for MONEY the parole Board knows also the just could say i give you "50 years" and they stay in
@@sammyocgirl7411 good points, though they are negating all of the evidence of the case. none of the "new evidence" existed at the time of the trial (I believe). by their logic every criminal who has been in prison for 20 years or more should be released.
@slothstyle4017 i think had they came forward and not stolen money or did the other crap than yeah. I'm an abuse victim and my dad died of natural causes. I would have wanted him to face justice whether I was believed or not. I'm not denying they were molested. Everyone handles trauma differently. This didn't need to occur. I don't know what the solution is.. I guess I would have to see their prison discipline record and also mandate them to a half way/ re- entry house and treatment as terms for a potential release.
