She already has the baby, the video is basically, the mother on the beach remember a conversation with her husband in regards to having a child. At the end of the argument, she went to the beach and cried her heart out...the person in white "ganga ma, in accordance to the hindu way of life, came to giver her faith and courage to go back home, in return she became pregnant". that is why is is at the beach with her baby once again...

The wife broken now due to her husbands words, was actually going to the water to drown in her sorrows. The video shows Ganga Maya, saying a few words and then touching her then disappears. Upon that touch, we see the wife wipes her tears and returns back the direction she came from...
