Neuvillette is like a bad gacha addiction.
Once you start using him you rarely stop. That rarely only being because they're immune to his attacks. Seriously, it's satisfying just blasting everything to death.

i find his gameplay / playstyle boring and would rather play way more fun characters :)

Yeah, I'd say his playstyle is so simple that it's not for everyone and he cannot support other teams because he just carries the team all by himself. Which if he's not your favorite, this might as well shame your favorite.
By the time Neuvi comes I'll have around 250 fates with 76 pity saved so aiming for C3. May your pulls are blessed and your faves come home early 🥰
I would also recommend you shoot for Furina, their team comp together with Kazuha and Zhongli is the most broken thing to exist.
@@chaoz7107 I do have Furina Kazuha Zhongli and I agree, they are insane together. Although, I like playing Furina mono hydro with Kokomi Yelan XQ. They shoot down bosses really fast with the smoothest rotation ever 🤩

im on 25pity after winning 2 50/50 and im 2fp (i pulled both furina nad the new anemo in less than 20 pulls) do you think im gonna be able to get him somehow
@@zaicido Assuming your pity is still low, the only way to guarantee a 5* is to have 180 fates (worst case scenario, lose 50/50 at 90th pull and get the guaranteed also at 90th pull).
But gacha is all about luck so keep on saving primos and hope you win him early! 😊

Neuvilette' is also so easy to build. He's like. Strong. F2p friendly. Irreplaceable. Never skip him.
alhaitham doesn't need nahida, he works just fine with collei or literally any other off-field dendro applicator. don't be afraid to pull him if you don't have nahida, collei works great and he's really fun to play
I just got nahida last 3 or 4 weeks and I think she's op and now need kazuha for completing my dendro team , yoa yoa is good but not the best

Why to skip Furina? ''Mona exists' - She can't replace Furina.
Why to skip Alhaitham? ''Tighnari exists' - He also can't replace Alhaitham.
Alhaitham is F2P friendly and already a broken dps with low investments. I see no reason skipping him if you need a DPS. Same with Neuvillete.
You think pulling nahida rn is a mistake? I want to get both neuvillete and furina. It's like 2 months in between each that's around 70 pulls?
I am using Ayato, Raiden, Nahida for hyperbloom and what I have noticed is that Nahida's dendro application is superb.
Both Raiden and Ayato in my team have high ER (ca.190% and Raiden having lots of EM as well) which means I end up spamming both ultimates at the right times and everything just gets wrecked.
In my case I won't need Alhaitham unless I decide to build a second hyperbloom team.
So if your hyperbloom team works just fine, there is no point in pulling Alhaitham unless you want a second hyperbloom team.
who to pull alhaitham or neuvilette im having trouble choosing.. i dont have hydro or dendro dps i have all supports for both neuvilette and alhaitham except nahida
@@arthurgeier2545 there is also no point of running Raiden on hyperbloom teams if you have Kuki. Her kits and potential are kinda wasted with EM build. Adding Alhaitham will definitely increase your DPS output. And hyperbloom is not the only option for Alhaitham. You can pretty much play any dendro comp with him. Spread/quicken is my personal favourite, 2 dendro 2 electro.
@@sir_1711 pull whoever you like. Both are solid DPS characters. I personally like Alhaitham more but I'd recommend Neuvillete because he's pretty easy to use and straightforward. You can run Furina with him if you have her.

0:30 I don't know why you and many Yae Miko showcase youtubers do a straight line using Yae's skill. Doing a triangle instead of straight line with Yae skill does around 30% more skill damage. And the farthest turret may not even hit the enemy in the straight line.
It's actually just for a finishing pose
I mean I used Yae in this current event and making a triangle or enclosure around enemies with her turrets seemed like the only logical thing to do and I don’t even know how her kit and those turrets actually work combined 😂
@@alirehman4858 according to Yae's skill description - When there are other Sesshou Sakura nearby, their level will increase, boosting the DMG dealt by these lightning strikes.
So if you form a straight line, the 1st and 3rd turrets will be too far from each other. So they will do less damage. Only the middle one will be do the highest damage. In a triangle all 3 turrets will do the highest damage.
it wasnt actually a showcase for her skill dmg but instead for her burst dmg, now matter how u put them, burst dmg dosent gets affected so why bother and raiden dosent have more hp to bother for her skill to do more dmg anyway

she's a great character to pair with Nahida. Every since i pulled Yae she's never left my team and helped me to clear abyss 12. Honestly she's definitely a good character imo

For Alhaitham, Nahida is his BiS support but not badly needed. It's kinda overrated or redundant tbh. If you have a well built DMC, Yaoyao, Collei, Baizhu or even Kirara u're team is good. Alhaitham & Nahida can both work even on separate teams 😊😊 to fully utilize their game techs.

@@maheshwaranpillaiand Hydro Abyss Mages and Lectors with their shields lmao. And Scara boss battle's last floaty devices. Those are immune to electro and hydro dmg. Scara will one shot neuvillete if he tries solo there
What’s is unique is that he can be solo dps (dps without any supports, and did more damage in trials (C0), than any hydro character (if saying that they are C0 too)
@@aryn-jaegerif we think about the Lore, he command all water and Hydro Element, so every Hydro power/slimes he can control it. Maybe was Neuvillete who made Childe's vision stop working, since his Vision its a Hydro. But in the gameplay, he cant kill a hydro smile hahaha.

i’ll be pulling for neuv 100%, i always stockpile and grind + i dont pull a lot, so i have 60 pity and 110 pulls rn, excited for him bcs hes a chara i like a lot

Kazuha deservers all my primos. I skiped Neuvilete for Hutao last time, I could got her c1, and I never regret it.
First of all: Thanks for the guide. I love how much you like Neuvillette, but he is a super strong dps indeed. Also ... I have played with Alhaitham last year completely without Nahida and he performs excellently. So, no, Nahida is not essentially needed. Also, players using Yae Miko: Please place her foxes (e skill) in a triangle, not in a line, you will see the difference immediately.

@@lakow21 it maximises the damage and makes sure that the enemy is in reach of every single fox within and close around the triangle.
Alhaitham don't need Nahida lmao. Use c0-c1+ Yao Yao (at c1 she gives you dendro dmg buff) instead, or DMC, or Collei or any other dendro instead and he will be perfectly fine.
Nahida is comfortable for him, sure, but not needed.
What about furina?
@@thomaskennedy5728 You mean do he needs Furina? In terms of "must pull" - no. But Furina boosts his dps really good in Alhaitham-(dendro char or Baizhu)-Furina-Kuki team, but mostly his, if there is no other dps in team. But she will be good with him.
Yeah i've been using him with c1 yaoyao for quite a while now..although nahida is no doubt his best support..still c1 yaoyao is a pretty good alternative

I am not sure what you meant, but here is some teams, hope it helps:
(I will only touch some of possible teams)
1) Alhaitham-Nahida-Yelan-Kuki - excellent team! If you have c6 Xingqiu, he will apply too much water and sometimes you won't get the Spread reactions as much as you might want to. Thats why Yelan might be better, if you aiming at Nahida's or Haitham's personal dps mostly. You can still use Xingqiu thou instead of Yelan.
2) Alhaitham/Nahida-Xingqiu-Yelan-Kuki - good team also, just make sure your Kuki have a lot of EM and can heal properly, if you planning to use Nahida here, since her HP quite low and she won't run too fast.
3) Alhaitham-Nahida-Kuki-(any electro char with em or dps) - great team, it mostly concentrates on your character's crit DMG and crit RATE, and EM. If you don't have problems with those stats, then you can try this team also.

Neuvillete Cons:
- Weak against concentrated hydro enemies or their shields
- Playing him on c0 is painful without shielder because he is prone to interruption
- Arlecchino is coming soon. Once we get enough reliable leaks including her playstyle, you can decide whether the knave or neuv is worth your pull. (Though we cant say that enough reliable leaks will be out by then)
Neuv doesnt need shielder, he can stay at distance everytime, only a little interruption res by a geo crystallise gorou or dehya can easily suffice and even without that you can just easily dodge.
Weak against hydro enemies, just like any character in game who are useless against their own element.
And for arlechinno, well we'll see about that, but I really doubt she will be as braindead or powerful as neuv, just look at navia who dish out 400k by E, she isnt even matching him in a single way
My c0 neuvi doesnt get interrupted too often. If anything since he has more range he gets interrupted less than my navia
@@eggpam8908 The problem lies where once you get interrupted, you gotta wait for the cooldown.. unless your burst is completely charged

Bros neuvillette is really fun to play. As a c0 neuvillette main i do agree that its annoying that he gets interrupted at c0 but c1 solves everything. Am going for c1 plus kazuha signature. If i end up getting neuvi signature it just makes him even more cracked for me xD

Fun fact: I first started playing genshin when alhaitham came out and I pulled him in 5 pulls messing around thinking I wouldn’t get anything then I stopped playing the game for a while only to open the game in 4.4, make one pull for nahida and actually pulled her lol

Let me add why you can skip Kazuha even though I know Kazuha is a very op meta character(1:42)
-Viridescent venerer domain is not resin efficient
-The chances of you getting the em stat are quite low
Overall, Kazuha is very worth pulling as a crowd control support character ✊

Eventhough i want C6 Neuvi for my main acc but i have to skip everything for C6 Yelan. I already have C6 Neuvi in my second acc so i don't need to rush for C6 Neuvi in my main acc. I don't have C6 Yelan that's why she's my priority now.

I got Xianyun but lost my 50-50 trying to get Nahida's C1. Since I now have a guarantee, gonna get Furina's C1, then hopefully still have enough to take a shot at getting Chlorinde or Arrlachino. But my girl's C1 comes first above all else
Alhaitham doesn't need nahida, his disadvantage is that you are forced to attach him with an electro and a deepwood bot for full potential.

Kazuha: I have Sucrose so idk if i need him but I built sara for clorinde or yae, in case i pull for him is for yae mikos team.

Already had Neuvillette, gonna save for Furina and her weapon. I may go for C1 Neuvillette in the future, but for now I want Furina and if possible, her weapon.
My Yae does like 71k then about 80k each burst (at C0). Her burst damage is pretty good.

for kazuha and furina cons using sucrose and mona really does not make any sense yknow
Sucrose replaces Kazuha in many situations, only benefit Kazuha has is way better grouping and slightly better buffing. Sucrose can also use Hakushin Ring as a Catalyst character so in Electro-reaction based teams she can also provide an Elemental Damage % buff like Kazuha. If you have C6 Sucrose you don't need a Kazuha even though he's very good. Mona can replace Furina in certain situations (on burst damage teams mainly) but overall Furina is way more versatile and her off field DPS is superior.
@@hallyuniverse even though yes sucrose can replace kazuha im many element reaction teams and can use supportive catalyst weapons, kazuha's advantage is still easier and better grouping with directly increasing elemental dmg% which can be more useful than sucrose in certain teams like neuvilet-furina-baizhu-kazuha or similar, also getting specific 4 stars cons are much harder than getting a 5 star compared to back in older versions (in my 1 year playtime i only got sucrose c0 at like 8 month mark)

minor issues here. Alhaitham does not need nahida, she is not necessary at all. He DOES need a high constellation Kuki Shinobu and he needs Xingqiu. He has never and will *never* need nahida, nahida DOES improve him, but is unnecessary.

When start genshin 2020 in january i was f2p, but mihoyo realy start to strse me out to the point that i end in hospital bed (its actualy true story, no joke), so dr ask me do i have some Familie trouble, finasual, or job trouble, i said simple no, i tell him what going on and hi said stop playing game if u want to save ur health the game is bad for u and u know it, i stop.
I back to game last year 23 novembar 2023,on the last day of neuvillette banner i think, so i had some primos left from the f2p days and i got my neuvillette on pity. So hi is C0. If i wanna play this game with out history reapeat i had to become low spender.
But for his rerun now that is coming i'm going all out, C6 plus his catalist R5, just for him, and maybe i will go for child and no one else 🍻
