Why do people pick up damaged higher level armor than undamaged lower level armor?
Carlos Llige it doesn't matter how damaged an item is, it will still protect the same shot, say, for instance, a level 3 helmet will protect against a kar98k headshot but a level 2 doesn't. Even if the level 3 helmet is damaged, if it gets hit in the head again it won't 1 shot him. They all protect more or less damage depending on the level, the damaging feature just shows how many shots it can take, not the damage of the shots
higher lever amor has more armor reduction and more overall health so in any cases it is worth it
Damage mitigation brah.
a general rule is: always go for the higher level helmet, no matter the damage
when the vest's hp is less than half, you should trade to a lower vest. if you have a half health lvl3 downgrade to a full lvl2. if you have a quarter health lvl3 downgrade to a full lvl1.
