I still remember mine. Jeremy. Traveled the world. Been with some of the most beautiful men I've encountered in RL. And been in love. But you always remember that one back then.
I absolutely love that years later they picked up where it was left off. I love how his confidence has exploded and he became so comfortable with who he is. Would love to see this story continue

I will always be grateful for having the original Dare short film at a time in my life where I needed it. This follow up was everything. I hope the film makers and the actors understand how many young gay men they reached back then in such a positive, inspiring way. ❤️
Ok but how can you move forward after this? At least, when they were younger, he didn’t have the kiss to remember. Now he knows what it feels like to be kissed by this person who is hunting his conscience and his heart. Aaaah, I need more!!
When Johnny asked Ben if he’s happy and kissed him saying “hope it helps”, it’s pretty sad to see Ben still pining after him all these years when his life has moved on. Unrequited love sucks, don’t get sucked into it.

You make it sound like a rational choice. There are people we pine for, who we had even a brief moment with, and there’s nothing we can do about it. We can make good choices and try to avoid them, but some feelings are unavoidable.

I was so surprised to see an update on their relationship many years later. I hadn't forgotten their story and I was pleased to see that the creators plugged in scenes from the original. I obviously proceeded in watching the original project all over again. Time flies, it's crazy!!

Absolute perfection! The way this was put together with the original version is so exceptional! Awesome. I didn’t initially see the original version. I assumed Johnny was a total dick, but once I saw the whole thing, I realized he was not, just a guy with a great level of confidence and Ben, the shy guy evolved into a quick witted, but still innocent shy guy who appeared to be so infatuated or in love with the young Johnny and it really never went away. Most people can relate to this story. Well done guy!!

We need the story of the blonde guy fighting with his "monsters" inside and loving in secret to the lightboy and then together with whatever kind of ending but they need more.
I'm glad they made pt 2 this story I liked the 1st one believe they should make this a series or movie to give their characters definite end..Ben still likes John & Johnny still like Ben
