I have watched several of your interview and I am very happy to know that you are so passionate about what you do...even as you describe the path of transformation that Mr. Frank Gehry went through ... just know that you are also transforming. you are creating a new platform of communication...injecting personality .... diversity and a rare sense of inventiveness to the field of architectural analysis. I could say more but i might be blowing up your ego too much. lol....you are doing a great job keep it up....your signature is also being made
When you said "F*ck this art" the algorithm of UA-cam caught your word and the video didn't reach the masses. It censors your video and this video deserves to be reached to many. Underrated. Awesome.
as the time is passing , your videos are becoming better and better , i wish ppl would like these videos with so much information more than watching other videos , keep creating 👍👍
Man I love your videos. Great work with the meme exploration part and not just the information. I can tell the efforts & fun going into the making. Cheers mate
Thanks for the beautiful pictures, I LOVE Gehrys work. Coming from Germany and traveling a lot, when I come to a new city I always look first if there are buildings by him and Zaha Hadid, and this is what I visit first. So impressive and creative
Although I find many of Gehry's work striking and beautiful, we must not forget that an equal part is far from it. As for his own statement regarding understanding and architecture, it's self.let us all understanding that many of his firms' projects are involved in very serious law actions brought upon by his clients. Hundreds of millions of dollars. Stunning beautiful work is not always an intelligent investment .
your new video notification gets me goosebumps ......very much inspired by the content of all your videos. A big thankyou to help us enjoy architecture rather than surviving.
Frank Gehry was my favourite architect at unie. Then Zaha came along and I guess the two have become the father and mother of architecture as far as I am concerned 🏙👷♀👷♂ 🏙... That does not mean I not like others architects like Bjarke Ingels, Norman Foster, Thomas Heatherwick, Ieoh Ming Pei... etc... But for me its Frank and Zaha!
If i could label his architecture I'd classify it as abstract architecture, and for the most part in my opinion most of the buildings before his break thru don't look amazing; they may look interesting, but mostly I think there weird, odd, and ridiculous. But the GUGGENHEIM..... THE GUGGENHEIM AS FAR AS BUILDINGS GO, IS SUCH AN EXQUISITE WORK OF ART, IT SHOULD ONLY HOLD THE FINEST WORKS OF ART!!! And after than he seamed to have found his style and many of them are different than the norm but often stand out for all the right reasons.
"it may be great, it may be terrible"...thinking this way to plan a building that will cost a lot of money, impact a city and the people that even dont use directly the building is really problematic. I like the approach of undestand architecture as a language and not only as a problem to be solved, but these starchitects put a brand as more important than the space, the city and the people.
Have you noticed there has been created a breed of architect that is not a product of mainstream education or learning process.Could it be that someone is calling the shots.
God those things are hideous, such a waste of precious steel. In the future they should be torn down and recycled for better, more practical use of materials.

Amazing but you missed a bit at history part .....👍
Yeah did cut out quite a bit to make the video shorter..
@@blessedarch but it was great 😀
Citation needed😂
😂
His buildings look soulless and emotionless and they show that he has no talent.
#RELATABLE
I have a feeling that you personally are not a fan of his style :D
I love the ba..bye😀😀😀
Internet historian - architecture. Watch it
Do you really call that ARCHITECTURE!!!
I'd rather calling it "ARCHITECHT MASTERPIECE"
I call it bs of my dream
