o 2 tablespoons olive oil
o 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
o 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
o 1/2 teaspoon paprika
o 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Honey Mustard Sauce:
o 1/4 cup honey
o 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
o 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
o 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
o 1 tablespoon soy sauce
o 2 teaspoons garlic minced (about 2-3 cloves)
o 4-5 sprigs fresh rosemary for the pan
