not sure the set up on that truck, but i’ve had a few DAFs snap the locating dowel on the front leaf springs and the axle moves about when braking causing it to pull, worth check 👍🏼
Have a look at the ujs in the steering column for seizing up I had when the fh first came out good to see you back on you tube.very good videos pal all the best to you
How it going? Just found your channel and really enjoying it. In my experience the cheaper brake cylinders don’t come sided, they are both the same. Generally when working on disc brakes for customers and I am replacing a faulty brake cylinder on a disc brake axle I replace both at the same time, it definitely helps with brake imbalance, and if one has gone, the other won’t be far behind it.
Had few renault t range doing the same with brakes ended up being abs modulator valve sticking that bit slower than other side and changed them sorted the pull, done everything you did with the brakes in end was modulator
the pully looked very scored is it possable the belt was to tight and thats what buggerd the altanater up ? ps your right them horns look wrong the angle of the dangle is to much
I would take both break champers of and check the arm in the calliper, the left one might not come all the way back so it can’t self adjust. Seen that some times on older Volvos
Keep the videos coming 💪🏻. This is better than normal tele 😂
Gunna have to take a nap now I feel like iv just done a shift 😂😂💪🏻👍🏻

Do the Volvo trucks not have the capability to look at the brake pad wear percentage on a diag tool? Like on the Renault T range?
Try cleaning the silncer on bottom of EBS valve I have had it before
Check steering shaft uj change quite a few every week! Always seized up , Jeff North West Propshafts 🤙

Does the steering go right when braking in reverse? If it goes left I’d say steering column or box
Goes right when travelling forward and left when in reverse
I made mistake of using a cheap brake chamber, 13 months later failed brake test on hand brake performance
That driver will have been hearing that noise in his sleep that night

Hi mate , never put ptfe tape anywhere near a hydraulic system .
Yep can’t wait to watch this one fella

Those air horns 🤮🤢🤮🤢. That seems to be where they sight them at Volvo 😳
Do like ya videos 👍🏻
Isn't it strange customer will spend big money on new alternator but won't spend another £20 on a new fan/aux belt.
It’s a camera
King pin ??
