॥ মাংসের টেক্কা- ঢাকাই রান্নার সিরিজ় ॥
এ রান্নার আসল নাম টিক্কা। কিন্তু ঢাকাইয়া ভাষায় তা হয়ে উঠেছে টেক্কা। টেক্কাই বটে। তাসের খেলায় যেমন সবার ওপরে টেক্কা জিতে নেয় বাজি, এ রান্না তেমনই জিতে নেয় সবার মন নিমেষে। অনবদ্য এ রান্না শিখি আজ সবাই মিলে।
॥ MUTTON TEKKA- DHAKAI CUISINE SERIES ॥
The actual name of this dish is ‘Tikka’. However, in the local dialect of Dhaka, it has become ‘Tekka’. Tekka (ace) indeed. Just like in a game of cards, an ace tops over the others and wins the game over, similarly this dish wins over hearts in a moment. Today, let us all learn this fabulous dish together.
