I have to say, this song has a great message. And it's not just a fun and silly song, which it is. I think the message behind the story is that some girls are only with you because of something you have. In this case, Andy is getting girls because he plays Drake. But even deeper than that is that Drake has (probably) more money, more fame, and more... everything. And that these girls are only going for him for something that he has.
So let's do some analysis on the lyrics.
"She won't give me head because it's just too quiet". Andy replies that, well isn't that the best time? Because it is. But the girl is trying to find an excuse to not give him head. Probably because she doesn't actually like Andy for *Andy* but because of Drake.
Another good line is that he mentions that they're fake. It's kind of like he understands that the girls don't like him, and only like him for the songs he plays. And it's kind of like self-pity. It's like he's trying to say "this is the best I get"
And in fact, I don't know if this is something personal for Andy. Like girls don't like him for him, and only like him for his fame. I could understand the things he has to go through with the whole "never going through puberty" thing. But hell, maybe I'm over thinking it.
Regardless, it's actually a well written song, even if it seems like a silly, meme-ish song. And the melody really does well with my feelsdar.
