I couldn’t even honestly assess the situation after my first match. After my first match I watched the video and thought I was kinda sorta fast. Now, 6 months later, I watch that video and realize I was also moving like an old man 😂
I thought I was slow at my recent match, and then I looked at my times a few days later. I was keeping up with one of the instructors, and the fastest people there, and all while using a smaller gun. If I had cleaned things up a bit, and been more consistent, I likely could have set the best times for the day.
Damn he is just pumping out that content. Thanks for all the great info I don’t have a lot to spend on training so I will take all the free info I can get.
Excellent! Your videos helped me to improve by leaps and bounds. For a guy like me on a very tight budget, all you share is very much appreciated. Thank you very much Ben!
Absolutely my first match not to long ago I felt like I was.. flat out... And saw the video and looked like a 90 yr old grandpa

Same. I thought I was moving fast. Then, after having someone film me, it looked like I was moving in slow motion 😂
Absolutely in the same boat 🤣

It was a personal attack
The explanation about why he has the no shoot up is simple but mind-blowing for me. He really is a great instructor.

If you don't test things till they fall apart you never know where 100% would be and where to set 90% of that.
