My name is Melanie and this is my family. 2 years ago we invested all our savings in a pizzeria to help my brother-in-law who has two children, one with down syndrome and it was costing him financially and unfortunately we lost everything. We are in debt and we cannot get out of them. I'm really very tired and I went into depression and I haven't been able to go out. My daughters showed me your videos and told me to ask you for help. The truth is I never expect someone to help me but it is the last chance I am going to give to life and I can't take it anymore. I see my daughters having a hard time, without comfortable beds to sleep in, my husband has diabetes and has already had a diabetic coma and all because of stress. I can't take it anymore, maybe this message won't reach you, but if it does and you can help me, I will always be grateful. If any of you have ever wondered just how indepth Beast Philanthropy is with their generosity, when I had my video conference with one of their reps, my only question was what the tax liability would be. No joke, he called to check with their legal department, and sure enough, I incurred zero tax liability. They truly thought of absolutely everything. Absolutely blown away to have been on the receiving end of such kindness.
Just a question with an explanation where my mind comes from. He gave you this bike because you’re really needed it or benefit from it in you’re daily life and I respect Mr beast a lot for that. Am not rich or anything but can with the money I make pay my bills and 1 thing I learned is that nothing is for free, everything breaks and people love too make money by doing as less as possible. My question is then the maintain on the bike like stupid shit as a bad rim because a side walk you drove on and so on with these things. People that fix these problems aren’t cheap if they follow the policy and quality we’re the company stays behind

Car companies lobbied the government to sell more cars. Places in the US are car dependent with no public transport, biking infra, and waling infra. In the US, you have to buy a car to drive everywhere. Car are expensive but unfortunately a necessity. Poor people can't buy cars, and no public transport exists so they have to walk or bike miles. I've ridden my ebike to places for fun and almost gotten to close calls by cars because there are no bikes lanes, and I sometimes have to mix with car traffic because of no sidewalks.
I bought a Lectric E-bike when I had cancer. They are the best E-bikes around. My wife wants me to sell it because we need the money. But I wouldn't sell it for anything. They are that good.
I'm curious what's the difference between the ebike and a normal bike? It looked like a normal bike but does it require charge to exert more power to get to places further and faster?

i dont know if anybody noticed but the tone of this channel has drastically changed. they're now focusing more on sustainability, as well as the lives of the people that lead the grassroots movements beast philanthropy support and partner with, that helps them be more hands on with their projects. many people have criticized the unsustainability of beast philanthropy's previous projects, rightfully so. but all i can see now is drastic improvement. the direction of these new projects seem much clearer and purposeful, and those you help will be able to stand on their own years, generations down the line. really amazing, commendable stuff from you guys. keep it up!

This is a problem that needs to be talked about more in the US. Car dependency and Urban Sprawl. The fact that most cities in the US are sprawled out, makes it nearly impossible to create other means of transportation other than car-centric infrastructure. This car-centric infrastructure discriminates against lower income people since they are basically left out from society just because they don’t have a car to get around because we’ve made that the most “convenient” way to get around in the US, sadly. We need to get these issues fixed because this is not only affects lower income people but it affects everyone. What we need is more dense, walkable cities with reliable public transportation, but sadly, building these cities in the US is prohibited as of today.
Not just low income, but people who don't have the ability to drive for one reason or another, such as myself. I keep wanting to get myself an e-bike but they're so expensive and that money goes to higher priorities like rent and food.
Infrastructure does not discriminate you sound so foolish. Cities are build up over decades and they try to build infrastructure to meet future demand.

Was just watching your video and had to pause it at 3:56. That is my twin sister. She reached out to me and told me that she was so excited when you were able to help her out to get to and from work. Due to her recent circumstances she had to get rid or the bike to help pay her bills. Her and her family have to move from hotel to hotel. They are really struggling. They don't have a car anymore and they can't find a stable place to live

You are not supposed to overcharge. You need to disconnect it as soon as it is charged. So overnight is too long.

This is a problem that needs to be talked about more in the US. Car dependency and Urban Sprawl. The fact that most cities in the US are sprawled out, makes it nearly impossible to create other means of transportation other than car-centric infrastructure. This car-centric infrastructure discriminates against lower income people since they are basically left out from society just because they don’t have a car to get around because we’ve made that the most “convenient” way to get around in the US, sadly. We need to get these issues fixed because this is not only affects lower income people but it affects everyone. What we need is more dense, walkable cities with reliable public transportation, but sadly, building these cities in the US is prohibited as of today.
Its weird seeing this video and thinking why don't they just take the bus or something, the US is lacking so many things i take for granted in europe.
Not just low income, but people who don't have the ability to drive for one reason or another, such as myself. I keep wanting to get myself an e-bike but they're so expensive and that money goes to higher priorities like rent and food.
Infrastructure does not discriminate you sound so foolish. Cities are build up over decades and they try to build infrastructure to meet future demand.

Was just watching your video and had to pause it at 3:56. That is my twin sister. She reached out to me and told me that she was so excited when you were able to help her out to get to and from work. Due to her recent circumstances she had to get rid or the bike to help pay her bills. Her and her family have to move from hotel to hotel. They are really struggling. They don't have a car anymore and they can't find a stable place to live
