Prayer to Saint Nicholas of Tolentine
O God of Holiness and Justice, in your presence there is no shadow of sin, and in your infinite mercy you grant the possibility of purification to the deceased in need. Listen to my prayer which invokes for them the infinite merits of Christ, the Virgin Mary and all the saints. And you, Saint Nicholas of Tolentine, chosen by God as the singular help of blessed souls, strengthen my prayer. You, who were filled with commotion at the sight of purgatory and the petitions for suffrage of the pilgrim confrere, hastened his purification with the celebration of the Eucharist, with assiduous prayers and mortifications, be propitious with my dear ones whom I recommend to you. Obtain for them the mercy of God so that they may reach Eternal Peace. Amen.
