Thank you! Always a blast going to Yosemite. Bummed Glacier Point and Taft Point was still closed when I went, but I'm sure they'll be open by the time you go!
Congrats on your another video, Charles! Thanks for taking us to Yosemite park this time. Loved your photos and especially one in minute 5:32! Hope to visit this place once I am back to US!
thanks! The videos were filmed on the Sony A7siii. I've been testing the x100v for videos and it's pretty shaky without a tripod or gimbal. You're going to love it though! Perfect camera for travel.
thank you! I haven't personally used the original X100 so I wouldn't be able to give you any insight on it. Would love to use it though if I ever come across one.
You won't get an X-Trans Sensor with the original X100 instead of that it uses a standard Bayer one. The second and third generations are using an X-Trans 2 which are considered very good that it gives a more natural look that feels less digital so to speak. I guess there are sime technical benefits too. I'd go for the T (3rd one) if I would buy an older one.
@@Nearest_Neighbor I agree about the T. I sold it when I got the V. The V is amazing, but the T had a certain vibe that I don’t get with the V. I should’ve kept it as a secondary camera to the V.
Beatiful shots man! The lighting was amazing
Appreciate it! Thanks for watching
Nice job! Loved pic at 4:22
Just stumbled on this channel after buying my own x100v and you’re killing it! I’m hoping to make a Yosemite trip in the next couple months too!

Can't wait to get my x100v on Monday! Your video on it sold me!
That’s awesome! Glad I was able to help in some way. Can’t wait to see what you create with it!

Thanks for watching Aleks! Always appreciate your support.
Cool pictures! Were the video shots also the x100v? Planning on grabbing one before my trip there this summer.
