If you notice, Ben's obsession with achieving 1% marginal gains (James clear, Atomic Habits) started with his life then his business from Marketing, Social Media and now the Luxe Collective HQ they built in the Liverpool. People talk about compound interest but no one really talks about compound improvement, 1% marginal gains is pretty much compound improvement. Truly inspirational, this has really inspired me in a time where I was struggling to find purpose, motivation and direction.

Loved the questions and that you actually got into the details of how the business grew, what work was done on the ground etc..and he was so open to sharing - great listen!

I'm favoured, $60k every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America.

Loved hearing Ben's journey on Dragons Den, really inspiring stuff! Entrepreneurs should remember that securing investment is just the start; it's crucial to have a solid plan for customer acquisition. One effective strategy is leveraging lookalike audiences on social media platforms to target potential customers who resemble your best existing customers.

Publicity can make you millions he’s got the viewers sucked in now they’ll slowly step onto his website all of sudden his rankings on Google will improve 50% of the people who visit his website will sign up for a email if they want something in the future the others will buy or walk away he ain’t letting go of your algorithm so easily yet that’s all I’m going to say

It's interesting the book he mentioned, I have it but not read yet, I also like that ben said be willing to look daft. people laugh at what they don't know. I get nervous going to the gym wearing my motivation brand incase I get laughed at. I'm trying to overcome this but I can't let the brand go. Lets see if in 2 years my brand is where Luxe Collective is now.

To be able to get him on within a matter of weeks of the Dragon’s Den episode airing says something 👀. Raheem’s revolutionising the podcast game. Someone that actually brings relevant people on rather than one-hit wonders

bloody stupid valuations for companies these days. Investors put their money in at $100M valuation, but the company turns over $7M, which means it generates around $2M a profit (if it's highly profitable).
